ความเครียดของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลจังหวัดปทุมธานีในช่วงสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยการทำงาน (2) ระดับความเครียด และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดปทุมธานี ในช่วงสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ แบบภาคตัดขวาง ศึกษาในประชากรที่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 252 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-square test) และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 83.3 อายุอยู่ในช่วง 21-30 ปี ร้อยละ 50.4 สถานภาพ โสด ร้อยละ 54.8 ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 90.5 ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน อยู่ในช่วง 1-10 ปี ร้อยละ 67.5 และรายได้ต่อเดือน 15,001-20,000 บาท ร้อยละ 45.2 ปัจจัยการทำงานโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) มีความเครียดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 52.8 และ (3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียด ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน ปัจจัยการทำงานที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดในการทำงาน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงานและภาระงาน ปัจจัยด้านความสำเร็จและความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ ปัจจัยด้านโครงสร้างและบรรยากาศในองค์กร ปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน และบทบาทหน้าที่ในองค์กร

This research aimed to examine (1) personal and work-related factors, (2) stress levels, and (3) the relationships between such factors and stress among public health officials at Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals in Pathum Thani province during the Covid-19 outbreak. The study used a cross-sectional design approach. A total sample of 252 public health officials working at Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospitals in Pathum Thani Province were recruited. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then were analyzed to determine frequencies, percentages, averages, and inferential statistics. Chi-square test and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficients were calculated for examining relationships. The results revealed that: (1) among the 252 respondents, most of them (83.3%) were women aged 21-30 years (50.4%); 54.8% were single, 90.5% had completed a bachelor’s degree, 67.5% had 1-10 years of work experience, and 45.2% had a monthly income of 15,001-20,000 baht; and their work-related factors were at a moderate level; (2) 52.8% of them reported a moderate level of stress; (3) personal factors associated with stress included age, educational level, working time period, and monthly income; and work-related factors associated with work stress consisted of job characteristics and workload, success and career advancement, organizational structure and atmosphere, and relationships in the workplace and organizational roles.
