การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทในการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหาร
โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้วเขต 1 (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทใน
การบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้วเขต
1 จำแนกตามขนาดและระดับคุณภาพของโรงเรียน และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับ

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้น ที่การศึกษา
ประถมศึกษาสระแก้วเขต 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 107 โรงเรียน จำแนกออกเป็น โรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก
จำนวน 46 โรง โรงเรียนขนาดกลางจำนวน 38 โรง และโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่จำนวน 23 โรง ซึ่งได้มาโดย
วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง
มีค่าความเที่ยง .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบด้วยวิธี LSD
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีบทบาทในการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โดยภาพ
รวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน (2) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ โรงเรียนขนาดกลาง และโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก
มีบทบาทในการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนผู้บริหาร
โรงเรียนคุณภาพระดับดีและโรงเรียนคุณภาพระดับปรับปรุงมีบทบาทในการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ไม่
แตกต่างกัน และ (3) ปัญหาหลักในการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ การบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ในการจัด
กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพเท่าที่ควร ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่ ควรจัดระบบ
โครงสร้างการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้และควรกำหนดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของบุคลากรอย่างชัดเจน
The purposes of this research were (1) to study roles on learning resource administration of school administrators under the Office of Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area 1; (2) to compare roles on learning resource administration of school administrators under the Office of Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area 1 classified by size and quality of schools; and (3) to study problems and recommendations concerning roles on learning resource administration of school administrators under the Office of Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area 1. The research sample totaling 107 schools under the Office of Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area 1 in the 2014 academic year consisted of 46 small schools, 38 medium schools and 23 large schools obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher, with .98 reliability coefficient. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, t-test, and LSD pairwise comparison method. Research findings were as follows: (1) the school administrators had overall roles on learning resource administration at the high level in all aspects; (2) school administrators of large, medium size and small schools differed significantly in their levels of performing roles in learning resource administration at the .05 level; while administrators of schools with quality at the good level and those of school with quality at the needed improvement level did not significantly differed in their levels of performing roles on learning resource administration; and (3) the main problem on learning resource administration was the inefficiency of learning resource administration for management of instructional activities; while the recommendations for learning resource administration were the following: the structure of learning resource administration system should be reorganized, and the roles and responsibilities of the personnel should be defined clearly.
