Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการสอนแผนจุฬากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ชีวิตกับสิ่งแวดล้อมให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแผนจุฬากลุ่มสาระ การเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ชีวิตกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อชุดการสอนแผนจุฬากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ชีวิตกับ สิ่งแวดล้อม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบ้านนามน จังหวัดสกลนคร ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 39 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการสอนแผนจุฬากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องชีวิตกับสิ่งแวดล้อม (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนแบบ คู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อชุดการสอนแผนจุฬา เรื่องชีวิตกับสิ่งแวดล้อม สถิติสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ชุด การสอนแผนจุฬากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ชีวิตกับสิ่งแวดล้อม มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 80.16/82.00 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 ที่ กำหนด (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนจากชุดการสอนแผนจุฬากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ชีวิตกับสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าชุดการสอนแผนจุฬามีความเหมาะสมอยู่

The purposes of this study were (1) to develop a Chula Plan instructional package in the Science Learning Area on the topic of Life and Environment for Prathom Suksa VI Students of Ban Namon School in Sakon Nakhon province based on the set efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of the students learning from the Chula Plan instructional package in the Science Learning Area on the topic of Life and Environment; and (3) to study opinions of the students toward the Chula Plan instructional package in the Science Learning Area on the topic of Life and Environment. The research sample consisted of 39 Prathom Suksa VI Students of Ban Namon School in Sakon Nakhon province during the second semester of the 2015 academic year, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research instruments comprised (1) a Chula Plan instructional package in the Science Learning Area on the topic of Life and Environment; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the Chula Plan instructional package on the topic of Life and Environment. Statistics used for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that (1) the developed Chula Plan instructional package in the Science Learning Area on the topic of Life and Environment was efficient at 80.16/82.00, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) students learning from the Chula Plan instructional package in the Science Learning Area on the topic of Life and Environment achieved significant learning progress at the .05 level; and (3) the students had opinions that the Chula Plan instructional package was appropriate at the high level.
