ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพยาบาล (2) คุณภาพชีวิตของพยาบาล และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพและพยาบาลเทคนิคที่เป็นข้าราชการปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศตั้งแต่ กรกฎาคม 2562 เมษายน 2553 จำนวน 866 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 247 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน และแบบประเมินความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ แบบสอบถามมีค่าความตรง เท่ากับ 0.97 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอบบาท เท่ากับ 0.91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแควร์และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพและพยาบาลเทคนิคส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง สถานภาพโสด ส่วนใหญ่อายุ 20-30 ปี มีรายได้อยู่ในช่วง 10,000 - 25,000 บาทต่อเดือน ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์กรน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10 ปี (2) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงาน รายได้ และคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านเพศไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันต่อองค์กร

The objectives of this survey research were: (1) to identify personal factors of nurses; (2) to identify quality of work life; and (3) to determine the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of nurse in Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital, Director of Medical Service Royal Thai Air force. The study was conducted among 247 nurses, selected out of 866 nurses using the simple random sampling method, who had been working of July 2019 to April 2020 at Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire about personal information quality of work life and organization commitment of nurses. The validity and reliability coefficient of 0.97 and 0.91, respectively. Statistic used to data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results showed that: (1) among the nurse, most of them Professional nures and Technical nurses were female, single, 20-30 years old, they had 1-10 years of work and had salary 10,000 - 25,000 bath per month, (2) The quality of work life was at a high level; and (3) their years of work, age, status, salary and quality of work life were significantly associated with the organizational commitment among Nurses was significantly
