Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษา คือ (1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการส่วนงานทะเบียนของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีบริหารธุรกิจสิงห์บุรี (2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบบริหารจัดการส่วนงานทะเบียนของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีบริหารธุรกิจสิงห์บุรี และ (3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรและผู้เรียนที่มีต่อระบบบริหารจัดการส่วนงานทะเบียนของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีบริหารธุรกิจสิงห์บุรี ในส่วนของระบบฯ เป็นการพัฒนาระบบงานใหม่โดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Studio และพัฒนาด้วยภาษา VB.NET ที่เชื่อมต่อกับฐานข้อมูล SQL Server เพื่อใช้ในการจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงานทะเบียนของนักศึกษา สามารถแสดงผลรายงานด้วยโปรแกรม Crystal Report โดยโปรแกรมที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นจะอยู่ในรูปแบบของแอปพลิเคชันวินโดวส์ ใช้งานบนคอมพิวเตอร์เพียงเครื่องเดียวเท่านั้นเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิภาพของระบบที่นำเสนอ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานภายในวิทยาลัย จำนวน 30 คน จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของการทำงานของระบบทางด้านความถูกต้องอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก กล่าวคือ ความถูกต้องของการแสดงข้อมูลหรือรายงานผลลัพธ์ของระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 5.00 ความเหมาะสมของการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามาจัดการงานทะเบียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 5.00
The purposes of this study were as follows: (1) to develop a registration management system of Singburi Business Administration Technological College, (2) to evaluate the efficiency of a registration management system of Singburi Business Administration Technological College, and (3) to assess the satisfaction of personnel and learners with a registration management system of Singburi Business Administration Technological College. The new system was developed using the Visual Studio and VB.NET programming languages, which connected to a SQL Server database that stored the student registration database. Report results displayed via the Crystal Report program. The developed program was in the form of Windows application and operated solely on one personal computer. To demonstrate the efficiency of the system, the sample group used in this research was 30 staff members of the college. The research results found that the overall efficiency of the system in terms of accuracy was at an excellent level. The average score for the accuracy of displaying or reporting system result was 5.00. The suitability of using information technology to manage registration tasks was at an average score of 5.00
