การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยและสาเหตุที่นำไปสู่การก่อเกิดอุดมการณ์ทาง
การเมืองของคอมมิวนิสต์ในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่าง พ.ส. 2480 - 2509 (2) สาระสำคัญของอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของคอมมิวนิสต์ในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2480 - 2509 และ (3) ผลกระทบจากอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของคอมมิวนิสต์ ในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่าง พ.ศ.2480-2509
การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาจาก เอกสารสี่งพิมพ์เว็บไซต์และงานวิจัยที่
เกี่ยวข้องกับพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์แห่งประเทศไทยในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2480-2509 และโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกอดีตสมาชิกคอมมิวนิสต์ จำนวน 1 คน ผู้ที่มีความรู้หรือเคยเข้าร่วมขบวนการคอมมิวนิสต์ในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 2 คน และนักวิชาการ 3 คน โดยทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยและสาเหตุที่นำไปสู่การก่อเกิดอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของคอมมิวนิสต์ในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่างพ.ศ.2480 -2509 นั้นเกิดจากระบบคอมมิวนิสต์ในต่างประเทศได้เผยแพร่เข้าสู่ประเทศไทย โดยใช้กลวิธี ดึงประชาชนที่ผิดหวังต่อนโยบายและแนวคิดของรัฐบาลและปัญหาสังคมไทยมาเป็นแนวร่วม โดยเฉพาะจังหวัดสกลนคร เป็นพื้นที่ที่มีปัจจัยที่เอื้ออำนวย ได้แก่ สภาพแวดด้อมทางภูมิศาสตร์ การดูแลของภาครัฐที่ยังมีให้ไม่ทั่วถึงและขาดความ เป็นธรรมในสังคมนำไปสู่แนวคิดที่ขัดแย้งระหว่างชนชั้นปกครองกับผู้ถูกปกครอง ระบบราชการไม่มีความยุติธรรมในการบริหารราชการ รวมไปถึงการปราบปรามของภาครัฐที่เข้มงวดจนเกินไป จนราษฎรบางส่วนต้องได้รับความทุกข์ยาก หมดทางเลือก ต้องเข้าร่วมเป็นผู้ก่อการร้ายคอมมิวนิสต์ (2) สาระสำคัญของอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของคอมมิวนิสต์ในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2480 -
2509 คือ ความต้องการการปกครองที่ดีจากภาครัฐและสร้างความเป็นธรรมในสังคม เป็นการต่อสู้และเรียกร้องความเป็นธรรมให้เกิดขึ้นในสังคมชนบทหรือภาคอีสาน (3) ทางด้านผลกระทบจากอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของคอมมิวนิสต์ในจังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่าง พ.ศ.2480-2509 นั้นได้ส่งผลกระทบทำให้เมื่อเกิดขบวนคอมมิวนิสต์รวมถึงอุดมการณ์ที่มีแนวทางต่างกันกับฝ่ายรัฐ มีอาวุธ มีมวลชนของตน นำมาสู่การเกิดความขัดแย้งระหว่างประชาชนในพื้นที่ ก่อให้เกิดความแตกแยกในสังคม ผู้ที่มีอุดมการณ์ทางคอมมิวนิสต์ถูกกำจัดออกจากสังคมด้วยมาตรการต่างๆ ที่ไม่เป็นธรรม จนเกิดการสูญเสียชีวิต ไม่มีความปลอดกัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของคนในพื้นที่ เกิดการเรียกร้องทางสังคมขึ้น ต้องพยายามต่อสู้ตามวิถีทางของตนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในท้องถิ่น การต่อสู้ดังกล่าวกลายมาเป็นแรงกระตุ้นและเป็นการวางรากฐานของการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในจังหวัดสกลนครให้รู้จักสิทธิและสามารถทำงานต่อไปในสังคมได้
The objectives of this research were to study (1) the factors and causes leading to the political ideals of members of the Communist Party in Sakon Nakhon Province in the period 1937 - 1966; (2) the main points and essential substance of those ideals; and (3) the impact of those ideals. This was a qualitative research based on research of printed documents, websites and academic reports related to the Communist Party of Thailand in Sakon Nakhon Province in the period 1937 - 1966 as well as in-depth interviews with one former member of the Communist Party of Thailand, 2 people knowledgeable about the Communist Party in Sakon Nakhon Province, and 3 academics. Data were analyzed through content analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) The primary cause that led to the political ideals of members of the Communist Party in Sakon Nakhon in 1937-1966 was the communist system in other countries that spread into Thailand, along with the initiators’ strategy of pulling in people who were disenchanted with the Thai government’s policies and ideas and dissatisfied about problems in Thai society. The supporting factors in Sakon Nakhon were its geographical features and standard of living, because government services did not reach most people and most places. In addition, inequality in society led to a conflict between the ruling class and the governed. The bureaucracy was not fair in its management of government services. Overly severe suppression by the ssakoltate caused some citizens to feel that they had no other choice but to join the communist guerillas. (2) The main points of the ideals of the Communist Party members in Sakon Nakhon were to bring about good governance and fairness in society. They considered themselves champions fighting for justice in the rural society of northeast Thailand. (3) As for the impact of the communist ideals, when the movement grew, following ideals that differed from those of the ruling administration, and the communist movement had followers and weapons, a conflict arose between groups of people and there was a rift in society. People who ascribed to communist ideals were unfairly restricted from society through various measures, leading to loss of security and safety and loss of life. As a result, there were demands for justice and local people tried to struggle in their own way to solve their local problems. This struggle was the impetus that laid the foundation for increased political participation on the part of citizens in Sakon Nakhon and helped them understand their rights so they could continue to work in the society.
