Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะพยาบาลก่อนประจำการ
ห้องผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลศิริราช และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะพยาบาลก่อนประจำการ
ห้องผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลศิริราช
ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน (2) พยาบาลประจำการห้อง
ผ่าตัด จำนวน 169 คนได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย และ (3) บัณฑิตพยาบาล เป็นพยาบาลก่อน
ประจำการห้องผ่าตัด จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นคำถาม
ปลายเปิดและมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน พิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ความเที่ยง และการ

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะพยาบาลก่อนประจำการห้องผ่าตัด
โรงพยาบาล ศิริราช จำแนกเป็ น 5 ด้าน จำนวน 98 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ (1.1) สมรรถนะด้านความ
ปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย 29 ตัวชี้วัด (1.2) สมรรถนะด้านการคงความสมดุลทางสรีรวิทยาและการทำ
หน้าที่ของร่างกายผู้ป่วย 29 ตัวชี้วัด (1.3) ด้านพฤติกรรมการตอบสนอง 10 ตัวชี้วัด (1.4) ด้านการ
พิทักษ์สิทธิผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว และจริยธรรมในการดูแลผู้ป่วย 10 ตัวชี้วัด และ (1.5) ด้านผลลัพธ์
ที่เกี่ยวกับระบบสุขภาพ 20 ตัวชี้วัด และ (2) ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะพยาบาล
ก่อนประจำการห้องผ่าตัดโรงพยาบาลศิริราชทั้ง 5 ด้าน จำนวน 98 ตัวชี้วัด ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ
.98 และค่าความตรงตามเกณฑ์มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were (1) to develop indicators of competency for nurses before station in operating room at Siriraj Hospital; and (2) to verify quality of indicators of competency for nurses before station in operating room at Siriraj Hospital. The research informants comprised (1) 17 specialists, (2) 169 nurses stationed in operating room, obtained by simple random sampling, and (3) 30 graduated nurses before station in operating room. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 5-scale rating questions and open-ended questions. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, inter-quartile range, IOC index, reliability, and t-test. The research findings showed that (1) the indicators of competency for nurses before station in operating room at Siriraj Hospital could be classified into five dimensions, with the total numbers of 98 indicators as follows: (1.1) the competency for safeguarding the patients, with 29 indicators; (1.2) the competency for maintaining physiological balance and functioning of organs in the patients, with 29 indicators; (1.3) the competency of responsive behaviors, with 10 indicators; (1.4) the competency for protection of the rights of patients and their family, and ethics in taking care of the patients, with 10 indicators; (1.5) the competency for outcomes concerning the health system, with 20 indicators; and (2) results of the quality verification of 98 indicators of the five dimensions of competency for nurses before station in operating room at Siriraj Hospital revealed that their overall reliability coefficient was .98, and their criterion-related validity was significant at the .05 level.
