Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์ การใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อออนไลน์และความพึงพอใจสื่อออนไลน์ของสํานักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมจากผู้ประกอบการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล2) เปรียบเทียบการเปิดรับ การใช้ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจในการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ตามประเภทของผู้ประกอบการ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับ การใช้ประโยชน์และความพึงพอใจสื่อออนไลน์ของสํานักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของผู้ประกอบการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และปริมณฑล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความถี่ในการเข้าชมสื่อออนไลน์ทุกประเภทของสํานักงานส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดยอม (สสว.) ในลักษณะนานๆ ครั้ง ซึ่งในการเข้าชมนั้นส่วนใหญ่จะใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 15 นาทีทุกสื่อ โดยเลือกเฉพาะเนื้อหาที่สนใจหรือเปิดผ่านๆ เพื่อค้นหาเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจมากที่สุดกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจสื่อออนไลน์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยส่วนใหญ่กลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสําคัญกับการใช้ประโยชน์สื่อออนไลน์ ด้านความต้องการรวมตัวและปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมเพื่อให้เข้าใจ สภาพการดําเนินงานและปัจจัยแวดล้อมของกิจการ ทั้งนี้มีความพึงพอใจต่อเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ เว็บไซต์ ยูทูบ และทวิตเตอร์ ตามลําดับ 2) ประเภทของผู้ประกอบการที่แตกต่างกนมีการเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์ ของ สสว. ไม่แตกต่างกน แต่มีการใช้ประโยชน์และมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน โดยผู้ประกอบการที่อยู่ในกลุ่มผลิตจะมีการใช้ประโยชน์และความพึงพอใจน้อยกว่าผู้ประกอบการในกลุ่มบริการและกลุ่มค้าส่งและค้าปลีก 3) ในภาพรวมการเปิดรับสื่อออนไลน์ของ สสว. มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์และความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการทุกกลุ่ม โดยการใช้ประโยชน์สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อสนองความต้องการด้านต่าง ๆ ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ประกอบการมีความสัมพันธ์ระดับสูงกบความพึงพอใจสื่อออนไลน์ของ สสว. ในทิศทางเดียวกันทุกๆ ด้านได้แก่ ด้านความต้องการสารสนเทศหรือข้อมูล ด้านความต้องการสร้างความมีเอกลักษณ์ ด้านความต้องการการรวมตัวและปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม และด้านความต้องการความบันเทิง
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the exposure to online media, usage of online media and gratification with online media produced by the Office of SMEs Promotion (OSMEP) of entrepreneurs in the Bangkok greater metropolitan area; 2) a comparison of the exposure, usage and gratification of different kinds of entrepreneurs; 3) the relationships between exposure to online media, usage of online media and gratification with online media produced by the OSMEP of entrepreneurs in Bangkok and its suburbs. This was a quantitative research. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sampling group of the four hundred owners of small- to medium-sized enterprises in Bangkok and its suburbs, chosen through multi-layer sampling. Data were analyzed using the descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing was done using referential statistics, namely t-test, analysis of variance, chi-squared test and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results showed that 1) most of the sample reported viewing every type of the OSMEP’s online media infrequently, usually viewing for no more than 15 minutes a time. They selected only the content they were interested in or otherwise looked through the online media to search for interesting content. Overall, most of the sample had a medium level of gratification with the OSMEP’s online media. They mainly placed importance on usage of the online media for joining together and social interaction to gain a better understanding of the business situation and surrounding factors that might affect their business. They were the most satisfied with the OSMEP’s Facebook fanpage, followed by the website, Youtube channel, and Twitter account. 2) Entrepreneurs of different types did not have different levels of exposure to the OSMEP’s online media, but did have different levels of usage and gratification. People in manufacturing businesses used the media less and had less gratification with it compared to people in the service sector and wholesale/retail. 3) Overall, exposure to OSMEP’s online media was related to usage and gratification for every type of entrepreneur. Usage of online media to answer various needs was strongly correlated to gratification with the online media in every aspect, including demand for data and information, demand to create differentiation for their business, demand for joining together and social interaction and demand for entertainment
