Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท สยาม การ์ด พรีเวนชัน จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท สยาม การ์ด พรีเวนชัน จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและ (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษา
ความปลอดภัย บริษัท สยาม การ์ด พรีเวนชัน จำกัด ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท สยาม การ์ด พรีเวนชั่น จำกัด จำนวนทั้งหมด 102 คน โดยศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดย การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1)ระดับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท สยาม การ์ด พรีเวนชั่น จำกัด ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยลำดับ แรกคือ ด้านอุปนิสัย ลำดับต่อมาคือ ด้านความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตนเอง ด้านแรงจูงใจ ด้านทักษะและด้านความรู้ ตามลำดับ (2) เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย บริษัท สยาม การ์ด พรีเวนชั่น จำกัด ที่มีสมรรถนะการ
ปฏิบัติงานมากกว่าได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยเพศชายอายุ 51-60 ปีการศึกษาระดับประถม ศึกษาและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านรักษาความปลอดภัย 7 ปี ขึ้นไปและ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ
The purposes of this study were (1) To study the competency of the employees of the Siam Guard Prevention Ltd. (2) Compare the competency of the employees of Siam Guard Prevention Co., Ltd. by personnel factors. and (3) Suggest the way to improve the competency of the Siam Guard Prevention Co., Ltd.’s employees. The sample of this study consists of 102 employees of the Siam Guard Prevention Co., Ltd., from the entire population. The tool used in this study is a questionnaire and data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The result of this study shows that (1) The competency of the Siam Guard Prevention Co.,Ltd.’s employees in both overall and aspects were at high level. The first aspect is habit and followed by the opinions about themselves, the motivation, skills and knowledge, respectively (2) From the comparative study, it is found that male employees are more competent than female employees, including security guard men aged between 51-60 years old, elementary graduates and experience in security guard field over 7 years can perform their duty very well. and (3) Guidelines of security guard’s competency performance development are the knowledge and skills.
