Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การบริหารความเสี่ยงในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 (2) การดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการในโรงเรียน และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารความเสี่ยงกับการดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการในโรงเรียน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 29คือ 29ครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 331 คน ใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นชั้น เปรียบเทียบสัดส่วนและสุ่มอย่างมีระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ (1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความเสี่ยง มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .95 และ (2) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารความเสี่ยงในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารความเสี่ยงกับการดำเนินงานด้านวิชาการในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were (1) to study risk management in primary schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; (2) to study academic affairs administration in schools; and (3) to study the relationship between risk management and academic affairs administration in schools. The sample consisted of 331 teachers in schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2019. Use the Krejcie & Morgan sample size chart. Then use the stratified random method. Using school size as class Systematically compare the proportion and randomness The research instruments were (1) a questionnaire on risk management, with reliability coefficient of .95; and (2) a questionnaire on academic affairs administration, with reliability coefficient of .98. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The results of the study were as follows: (1) the overall risk management in primary schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was rated at the high level; (2) the overall academic affairs administration in primary schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was rated at the high level; and (3) the relationship between risk management and academic affairs administration in primary schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall was a moderately positive relationship and statistically significant at the .01 level
