คุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลบ้านนาสาร จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วย 2) ศึกษาคุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ 3) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลบ้านนาสาร จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1) ผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลบ้านนาสาร จำนวน 30 คน และ 2) พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยใน จำนวน 17 คนโดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำแนกเป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด ได้แก่ แบบประเมินคุณภาพการพยาบาลสำหรับผู้ป่วย และแบบประเมินคุณภาพการพยาบาลสำหรับพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบประเมินคุณภาพการพยาบาลสำหรับผู้ป่วย และแบบประเมินคุณภาพการพยาบาลสำหรับพยาบาลวิชาชีพเท่ากับ 0.70 และ 0.78 ตามลำดับ และนำไปวิเคราะห์ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ 0.78 ทั้งสองฉบับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบทีสำหรับสองกลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ป่วยมีการรับรู้คุณภาพการพยาบาลโดยรวมอยู่่ในระดับสูง 2) พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีการรับรู้คุณภาพการพยาบาลโดยรวมอยู ่ในระดับสูง และ 3) คุณภาพการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของผู ้ป่วยและพยาบาลวิชาชีพไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this descriptive were: 1) to study the level of quality of nursing care on the perceptions of patients, 2) to study the level of quality of nursing care on the perceptions of professional nurses, and 3) to compare quality of nursing care between perceptions of patients and professional nurses at Bannasan hospital, Surat Thani province. The sample included 30 patients who admitted in inpatient wards and 17 professional nurses who worked at inpatient wards, Bannasan hospital. They were selected by the purposive sampling. Questionnaires were used as research tools and divided into two sets that composed of the quality of care from patient perceptions, and the quality of care from professional nurse perceptions. The content validity of questionnaires was verified by 3 experts, and the CVI of the quality of care from patient perceptions and the quality of care from professional nurse perception questionnaires were 0.70 and 0.78 respectively. Cronbach‘s alpha reliability coefficients of both questionnaires were 0.78. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and independent t test. The findings of this study were as follows. 1) Patients rated the overall quality of care at the high level. 2) Professional nurses rated the overall quality of care at the high level. Finally, 3) there were no significant difference between perceptions of patients and professional nurses for the quality of care at the significant level .05 (p <.05).
