Abstract
การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรสูงเม่น จำกัด 2) ศึกษาส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายของสหกรณ์ 4) วิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาการดำเนินธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายของสหกรณ์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรสูงเม่น จำกัด จำนวน 2,978 คน ข้อมูลในปี 2562 ได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 352 คน โดยใช้สูตรทาโรยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 31 –40 ปี ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่ามัธยมศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส มีระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก 0-5 ปี รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001 – 20,000 บาท มีรายจ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10,000 บาท และมีขนาดของพื้นที่ทำการเกษตร 1-5 ไร่ 2) ส่วนประสมการตลาดมีผลต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายของสหกรณ์ในภาพรวม มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและส่วนประสมทางการตลาด ในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ พบว่า เพศ ขนาดของพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรด้านราคา พบว่า ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน รายจ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย พบว่า ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ขนาดของพื้นที่ทำการเกษตร ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด พบว่า อายุ ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน รายจ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ขนาดของพื้นที่ทำการเกษตร ด้านบุคคล พบว่า อายุ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพ พบว่า ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน รายจ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ขนาดของพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรและด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน รายจ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ขนาดของพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรมีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายของสหกรณ์การเกษตรสูงเม่น จำกัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนาการดำเนินธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้มีบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ ซึ่งการใช้บริการสหกรณ์ หากใช้บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐไม่ได้ทำให้เกิดปัญหาในการพัฒนาธุรกิจเพื่อจัดหาสินค้าที่เหมาะสมมาจำหน่ายให้สมาชิก ข้อเสนอแนะควรศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายของสหกรณ์การเกษตรในพื้นที่อื่น ๆ เพื่อสามารถนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาปรับปรุงแก้ไขในการพัฒนาธุรกิจการจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายของสหกรณ์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
The objectives of this research were to 1) study personal factors of Sung Men Agricultural Cooperative Limited members, 2) study marketing mix impacting the operation of sourcing business, 3) study the relationship between personal factors and marketing mix, 4) analyze problems, obstacles, and suggestions in the operation development of sourcing business This study was a survey research. The population of this study was 2,978 members of Sung Men Agricultural Cooperative Limited. The sample size of 352 was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 and simple random sampling method. Tool used in this study was questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, and content analysis. The results of the study showed that 1) most were female with the age between 31-40 years. Their level of education was lower than secondary school level. They were married and were members of the cooperative between 0-5 years. The average income per month was 10,001-20,000 Baht, the average expense per month was lower or equal to 10,000. The size of the agricultural area was between 1-5 Rai. 2) Marketing mix impacting the operation of sourcing business of the cooperative, overall, was significant at the high level. 3)The relationship between personal factors and marketing mix regarding product aspect revealed that gender, agricultural area size, regarding membership time aspect showed that average monthly income, average monthly, regarding distribution channel aspect revealed that membership time, average monthly income, agricultural area size, regarding marketing promotion revealed that age, membership time, average monthly income, average monthly expense, agricultural area size, regarding personal aspect revealed that age, average monthly income, regarding physical aspect revealed that level of education, membership time, average monthly expense, agricultural area size, and regarding the process, it revealed that the duration of membership time, the average income per month, agricultural area size were related to the operation of product sourcing for Sung Men Agricultural Cooperative Limited at statistically significant level of 0.05. 4)The problem in developing the procurement business is that most of the cooperative members have state welfare cards. In which the use of cooperative services if the state benefits card cannot be used causing problems in business development to supply suitable products to distribute to members. Suggestions should improve business efficiency. To be a guideline for planning and formulating strategies for the development of the cooperative's future business.
