Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาแบบวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 37 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือโดยการหาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ความยาก อำนาจจำแนกและความเที่ยง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) แบบวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญวิชาภาษาอังกฤษชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เป็นข้อสอบปรนัยชนิดเลือกตอบ 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 50 ข้อ ซึ่งเป็นแบบวัดการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญวิชาภาษาอังกฤษตามมาตรฐาน ต 1.1 เข้าใจและตีความเรื่องที่ฟังและอ่านจากสื่อประเภทต่างๆ และแสดงความคิดเห็นอย่างมีเหตุผล ตัวชี้วัดที่ 4 ระบุหัวข้อเรื่อง (topic) ใจความสำคัญ (main idea) และตอบคำถามจากการฟังและอ่านบทสนทนา นิทานและเรื่องสั้น และ (2) แบบวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความสำคัญวิชาภาษาอังกฤษมีคุณภาพด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80 -1.00 ความยากอยู่ระหว่าง 0.32-0.66 อำนาจจาแนก อยู่ระหว่าง 0.23 - 0.64 และความเที่ยงมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.87
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop a reading for main Idea comprehension skill test in English for Mathayom Suksa I students in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 21; and (2) to verify the quality of the reading for main idea comprehension skill test in English for Mathayom Suksa I students in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 21. The sample consisted of 37 Mathayom Suksa I students in the 2012 academic year, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The developed research instrument was a reading for main Idea comprehension skill test in English for Mathayom Suksa I students. Quality of the instrument was verified by finding its content validity, difficulty indices, discriminating indices, and reliability. Research findings were as follows: (1) the developed reading for main idea comprehension skill test in English for Mathayom Suksa I students was a 50-item multiple choice objective test with 4 choices in each test item; it was to be used to test reading for main idea comprehension skill in English as specified in the Fourth Indicator (Being able to identify the topics and main ideas, and to answer questions based on listening to and reading from dialogues, fairy tales and short paragraphs) of the Lower Secondary Standard 1.1(Being able to understand and interpret the topics and ideas based on listening to and reading from various media, and express opinions reasonably); and (2) the developed reading for main idea comprehension skill test in English had content validity as shown by the IOC ranging from 0.80 - 1.00; its difficulty indices were in the range of 0.32 - 0.66; its discriminating indices were in the range of 0.23 - 0.64; and its reliability was 0.87.
