ผลการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่มตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพิจารณาเหตุผลอารมณ์และพฤติกรรม ที่มีต่อเจตคติการป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนชัั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร จังหวัดระยอง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบเจตคติต่อการป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร จังหวัดระยอง ก่อนและหลังการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่มตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพิจารณาเหตุผล อารมณ์ และพฤติกรรม และ (2) เปรียบเทียบเจตคติต่อการป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนดังกล่าวหลังการทดลองกับในระยะติดตามผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร จังหวัดระยอง ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่มตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพิจารณาเหตุผล อารมณ์ และพฤติกรรม และแบบวัดเจตคติต่อการป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) เจตคติต่อการป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร ที่ได้รับการให้การปรึกษาแบบกลุ่มตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพิจารณาเหตุผล อารมณ์ และพฤติกรรม หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (2) เจตคติต่อการป้องกันการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนดังกล่าว หลังการทดลองกับใน ระยะติดตามผลไม่แตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this research were (1) to compare attitudes towards prevention of having premature sexual relationship of Mathayom Suksa V students in Mabtaput Panpittayakarn School, Rayong province, before and after receiving group counseling based on the rational emotive behavior therapy; and (2) to compare attitudes towards prevention of having premature sexual relationship of the students at the end of the experiment and during the follow-up period. The research sample consisted of 15 Mathayom Suksa V students in Mabtaput Panpittayakarn School, Rayong province, who were randomly selected and then assigned as members of the experimental group. The employed research instruments were a group counseling program based on the rational emotive behavior therapy, and a scale to assess attitude towards prevention of having premature sexual relationship, with reliability coefficient of .93. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the post-experiment attitude towards prevention of having premature sexual relationship of Mathayom Suksa V students in Mabtaput Panpittayakarn School, who received group counseling based on the rational emotive behavior therapy, was significantly higher than their pre-experiment counterpart attitude at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (2) no significant difference was found between the students’ attitudes towards prevention of having premature sexual relationship at the end of the experiment and during the follow-up period.
