Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษา ทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 ที่ทำการสอนในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 255 คน โดยใช้ การสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น เรื่อง สภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครู ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า สภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการในการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลตาม โครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า (1) สภาพการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอยู่ใน ระดับมาก โดยครูใช้การจัดการศึกษาทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศแก้ปัญหาครูไม่ครบชั้น ใช้เป็นสื่อการสอนแทนการสอนเมื่อครูติดภารกิจอื่นๆ โดยใช้ในขั้นการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยคำนึงถึงความเหมาะสมของระยะเวลาและใช้สื่อการสอนที่ช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนสนใจการเรียน (2) ปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยครูพบปัญหาการจัดการศึกษาทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการวางแผนและเตรียมการสอน ปัญหา คือ คู่มือการใช้สื่อการสอนที่ ไม่ชัดเจน/ไม่ได้รับคู่มือการใช้สื่อการสอน (3) ความต้องการสื่อการสอนประกอบการศึกษาทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยครูต้องการสื่อการสอน ประกอบการศึกษาทางไกลตามโครงการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้านความรู้ในการใช้สื่อการสอน
The purpose of this study was to find out The State, Problems and Needs for Provision of Distance Education under the Project of Using Information Technology to Develop Educational Quality of Teachers in Schools under Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2. A sample was selected from the teachers in the schools under the office of Suratthani Educational Service Area 2 which were teaching in the first semester in 2017 academic year, about 255 teaching by using Cluster sampling. This study was a survey research, using the questionaire to collect the data in the topic “The State, Problems and Needs for Provision of Distance Education under the Project of Using Information Technology to Develop Educational Quality of Teachers in Schools under Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2”. The results of the study were as follows: (1) The teachers have used distance learning by the educational quality development project with information technology was at the high level to solve the problem of insufficient teachers of each school and to let the students learn from this distance learning when the teachers cannot teach the students in any classes with the appropriate time and appropriate instruction media which stimulated the students to learn. (2) The problems of using distance learning by the educational quality development project with information technology was at the medium level in planing and preparing the lessons were that the handbooks of instruction media is not clear and distinct and sometimes the schools haven' t got these handbooks of instruction media and (3) The need of instruction media with distance learning by the educational quality development project with information technology was at the high level that the teachers have needed the instruction media when they were teaching with this system
