Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ (2) ระดับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การและความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสถาบัน การศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 171 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาและความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันการศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.83 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การของสถาบันการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าบรรยากาศแบบเปิดแบบควบคุม และแบบอิสระ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนบรรยากาศแบบรวบอำนาจ แบบสนิทสนม และแบบปิด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ระดับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า การเรียนรู้เป็นทีม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนรูปแบบมุมมอง การเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคล การคิดเชิงระบบและวิสัยทัศน์ที่ใช้ร่วมกัน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การและความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถาบันการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this research were to study: (1) the level of organizational climate of vocational education institutions in Nakhon Sawan province; (2) the level of being learning organization of vocational education institutions in Nakhon Sawan province; and (3) the relationship between organizational climate and the being learning organization of vocational education institutions in Nakhon Sawan province. The research sample consisted of 171 teachers in vocational education institutions in Nakhon Sawan province, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire on organizational climate and the being learning organization of educational institution, with reliability coefficients of 0.83 and 0.94 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results of this research revealed that (1) the overall organizational climate of vocational education institutions in Nakhon Sawan province was rated at the high level; when specific elements of the climate were considered, it was found that the elements of open climate, controlled climate, and autonomous climate were rated at the high level; while the elements of paternal climate, familiar climate, and closed climate were rated at the moderate level; (2) the overall level of being learning organization of vocational education institutions in Nakhon Sawan province was rated at the high level; when specific elements of the being learning organization were considered, it was found that the element of learning as a team was rated at the highest level; whereas the elements of mental models, personal mastery, systems thinking, and shared visions were rated at the high level; and (3)organizational climate and the being learning organization of vocational education institutions in Nakhon Sawan province correlated positively at the moderate level, which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance
