Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 20 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 20 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 20 จำนวน346 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ.99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 20 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลาดับดังนี้ การบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ทันสมัย การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือการทำงาน การพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และ (2) สำหรับผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 20 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกัน โดยสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก แตกต่างกับ ขนาดกลาง ขนาดใหญ่ และ ขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ ในด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ทันสมัย ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือการทำงาน และสถานศึกษาขนาดกลางแตกต่างจากขนาดใหญ่ ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this study were (1) to study the 21st Century academic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 20; and (2) to compare the levels of 21st Century academic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 20 as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 346 teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 20, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .99. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison. The findings revealed that (1) the overall and specific aspects of the 21st Century academic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 20 were rated at the high level and the specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: curriculum administration and learning management, having modern vision, personnel potential development, creating a work cooperation network, and learning organization development; and (2) as for comparison results of the levels of 21st Century academic leadership of school administrators as classified by school size, it was found that schools of different sizes differed significantly at the .05 level in the levels of 21st Century academic leadership of the administrators, with small sized schools differed significantly from medium sized schools, large sized schools, and extra-large sized schools in the aspects of having modern vision, curriculum administration and learning management, personnel potential development, and creating a work cooperation network; while medium sized schools and large sized schools were significantly different in the aspect of learning organization development.
