งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาตลาด ขนาดของตลาด และความต้องการของตลาด ของกิจการดัดแปลงเครื่องยนต์ NGV สำหรับรถที่ใช้เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาดใหญ่ในประเทศไทย (2) ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านเทคนิคของการดัดแปลงเครื่องยนต์ NGV แบบระบบเชื่อเพลิงร่วม (3) พยากรณ์ยอดขาย และวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของการลงทุนโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์จุดคุ้มทุน ระยะเวลาคืนทุน กำไรที่คาดว่าจะได้รับต่อปี มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ และอัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนของกิจการดัดแปลงเครื่องยนต์ NGVวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยใช้การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ โดยใช้วิธิการวิเคราะห์ทางการตลาดเพื่อกำหนดตลาดเป้าหมาย การวิเคราะห์ทางการจัดการการดำเนินงานในด้านเทคนิค การพยากรณ์ยอดขายใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย และใช้วิธีการทางการเงินในการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ตลาดของกิจการดัดแปลงเครื่องยนต์ดีเซลในรถบรรทุกและรถโดยสารขนาดใหญ่ให์ใช้ก๊าซ NGV ในประเทศไทย ได้แค่ ธุรกิจขนส่งที่มีรถยนต์ใช้เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาดใหญ่ โดยมีปริมาฌรถอยู่ประมาณ 20,000 คัน ด้วยอัตราที่เพิ่มขึ้น 18,700 คันต่อปี โดยตลาดมีความต้องการลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านเชื้อเพลิงการขนส่ง (2) เทคนิคการดัดแปลงเครื่องยนต์แบบระบบเชื้อเพลิงร่วมมีความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจ (3) กิจการต้องการใช้เงินลงทุนจำนวน 15ล้านบาท โดยมีประมาณการยอดขายอยู่ที่ 240 คันต่อปี จุดคุ้มทุนอยู่ที่ 26.3 ล้านบาท ระยะเวลาคืนทุน 3.12 ปี กำไรสุทธิต่อปีประมาณ 4.2 ล้านบาท มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิเท่ากับ 6.975 ล้านบาทและอัตราผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนเท่ากับ 26% ซึ่งพบว่ากิจการมีความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุน
The objective of this research were to: (1) study market, market size and market demand of diesel engine conversion business in large vehicles to use NGV in Thailand; (2) study the technical feasibility of using Diesel Duel Fuel NGV conversion method; (3) forecast sales, analyze the possibility of the investment, the breakeven point, payback period, annual profit, NPV and IRR from doing the business. This research uses secondary data. Marketing analysis techniques were used to find the target market. Operational management analysis was used to analyze technical aspects. The sales forecast was done by using simple correlation and financial analysis was used to analyze the investment possibility. The findings of this research were that: (1) the market of diesel engine conversion business in large vehicles to use NGV in Thailand was logistic businesses using large diesel vehicles. The current market size was around 20,000 vehicles. Market growth rate was around 18,700 vehicles per year. The market needed to reduce the transportation fuel cost; (2) the Diesel Duel Fuel conversion method was possible to use in the business; (3) the company had to use 15 million baht as an initial investment. The sales revenue was 240 vehicles per year. The breakeven point was 26.3 million baht. The payback period was 3.12 years. The annual profit was around 4.2 million baht. NPV was equal to 6.975 million baht. IRR was equal to 26%. The business was possible to have an investment.
