Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัวเชิงการค้าของเกษตรกรชาวม้งในประเด็นต่อไปนี้ (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร (2) สภาพการผลิตข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัว (3) การปฏิบัติตามการเกษตรดีที่เหมาะสม (4) ปัญหาในการผลิตข้าวเหนียวคำพันธุ์ลืมผัว และ (5) ความต้องการในการรับการส่งเสริมความรู้การผลิตข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัว ประชากรในการวิจัย คือ เกษตรกรชาวม้งผู้ปลูกข้าวเหนียวตำพันธุ์ลืมตัวในตำบลเข็กน้อย อำนภอเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 3,034 ครัวเรือน คำนวณขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้จำนวน 149 ราย ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เกษตรกรที่ให้สัมภาษณ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 56.4 ปี สมรสแล้วและไม่ได้รับการศึกษา 36.9 เปอร์เซ็นต์ สมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลีย 6.80 คน เรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.48 คน ส่วนใหญ่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่ม/องค์กร/สถาบันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกษตร สื่อในครัวเรือนส่วนใหญ่ที่มีคือวิทยุ โทรทัศน์ และสื่อในชุมชนได้รับจากหอกระจายข่าว เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพทำไร่ พื้นที่ในการทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 16.83 ไร่ โดยเป็นพื้นที่ของตนเองบางส่วนและเช่าพื้นที่บางส่วน แหล่งเงินทุนที่ใช้เป็นของตนเอง โดยรายได้ภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 202,818.79 บาท และรายได้นอกภาคการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 150,147.65 บาท (2) สภาพการผลิตข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัว พบว่า เกษตรกรมีพื้นที่ปลูกข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัวเฉลี่ย 3.6 ไร่ มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกเฉลี่ยที่ 21.15 ปี ส่วนใหญ่ปลูกเพื่อบริโภคบางส่วนและจัดจำหน่ายบางส่วน ผลผลิตต่อไร่เฉลี่ยที่ 340.34 กิโลกรัม ราคาจำหน่ายเฉลี่ยกิโลกรัมละ 18.52 บาท โดยพ่อค้ามารับซื้อถึงที่ (3) เกษตรกรปฏิบัติตามเกณฑ์ของเกษตรดีที่เหมาะสมอย่างถูกต้องเกือบทุกประเด็น (4) ปัญหาของเกษตรกรในการปลูกข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัวเชิงการค้า พบว่าส่วนมากมีปัญหาเรื่องการบันทึกข้อมูลไม่สมบูรณ์ และแหล่งน้ำที่ใช้ไม่เพียงพอต่อฤดูเพาะปลูก (5) ความต้องการในการรับการส่งเสริมความรู้ในการผลิตข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัวเชิงการค้า พบว่าเกษตรกรส่วนมากมีความต้องการรับการส่งเสริมเกี่ยวกับการตลาด การรวมกลุ่มเกษตรกร การเตรียมเมล็ดพันธุ์ และการเแปรรูปข้าวเหนียวดำพันธุ์ลืมผัว ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this research were to study the data involving commercial purple glutinous rice (Luem Pua variety) production by Hmong Hill Tribe farmers in the following aspects: (1) personal data, social and economic status of farmers, (2) the situation of commercial purple glutinous rice production, (3) the practice adhering to Good Agricultural Practice, (4) the problem of purple glutinous rice production, and (5) the extension needs of knowledge in purple glutinous rice production. The research population were Hmong Hill Tribe farmers who grew purple glutinous rice in Khek Noi Sub-District, Khao Kho District, Phetchabun Province with the total of 3,034 farmers. The sample size was determined by using Taro Yamane’s formula with an error of 0.05 level accounting for 149 samples. The data were collected by structural interviewed questionnaire and analyzed by statistical methods including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were found that: (1) most interviewed farmers were male with an average age of 56.4 years and married, 36.9 percent of them were uneducated. The averages of family member and labor were 6.80 and 4.48 persons respectively. Most of them were not member of any groups/organizations/institutions relating to agriculture. Most families received news from television and the community media were news towers. Most farmers had occupation of growing filed crops with an average area of 16.83 rai (1 rai = 1,600 square meters), some of the area were their own and some were leased. The financial source was on their own. The average farming income was 202,818.79 baht and the average non-farm income was 150,147.65 baht (2) The situation of producing purple glutinous rice, it was found that farmers had an average growing area of 3.6 rai and an average growing experience of 21.15 years. Most of them grew the rice for consumption and selling. The average yield per rai was 340.34 kilograms and the average selling price was 18.52 baht by selling to the merchant at the field. (3) The farmers had performed adhering to the regulation of good agricultural practice in most aspects. (4) Problems of farmers in growing commercial purple glutinous rice, it was found that most farmers had problems of incomplete information record and insufficient water source in growing season. (5) The extension needs of producing commercial purple glutinous rice, it was found that most farmers had needs in the marketing support, farmer group formation, seed preparation, and purple glutinous rice processing respectively.
