Abstract
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้เรื่องโรคเบาหวาน โรคไตเรื้อรัง โรคความดันโลหิตสูง และการดูแลผู้สูงอายุของอาสาสมัครประจำครอบครัว ตำบลนาสวน อำเภอศรีสวัสดิ์ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ ดังนี้ (1) ระดับความรู้ของอาสาสมัครประจำครอบครัวก่อนและหลังการอบรม (2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ของอาสาสมัครประจำครอบครัวก่อนและหลังการอบรม และ (3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของอาสาสมัครประจำครอบครัวหลังการอบรมประชากร คือ ญาติหรือผู้ดูแล ผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรัง ผู้ป่วยโรคไต และผู้สูงอายุ ในพื้นที่ตำบลนาสวน อำเภอศรีสวัสดิ์ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 89 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบเฉพาะเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ โปรแกรมการให้ความรู้เรื่องโรคเบาหวาน โรคไตเรื้อรัง โรคความดันโลหิตสูง และการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ของอาสาสมัครประจำครอบครัว และแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.773 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบทีผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเบาหวาน โรคความดันโลหิตสูง และการดูแล ผู้สูงอายุ ก่อนอบรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความรู้หลังอบรมอยู่ในระดับสูง ส่วนความรู้โรคไตก่อนการอบรมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ความรู้หลังอบรมอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ก่อนและหลังอบรมโรคเบาหวาน ไตเรื้อรัง ความดันโลหิตสูงและการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (3) ความพึงพอใจของอาสาสมัครครอบครัวต่อการอบรม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to examine the effectiveness of health educating program on diabetes mellitus (DM), chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension (HT), and long term care (LTC) among family volunteers in Nasuan Sub-district, Srisawat District, Kanchana Buri Province including specific objectives (1) to study the knowledge levels between before and after training (2) to compare the differences of the knowledge between before and after training, and (3) to evaluate the satisfaction between before and after training among family volunteers. The 89 purposive samples were relatives or caregivers of NCDs, CKD, and LTC patients in Nasuan Sub-district, Srisawat District, Kanchana Buri Province. The research tools were the educating program about DM, CKD, HT, and LTC for family volunteers, and the questionnaire with reliability value at 0.773. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for descriptive data. The t-test was used to analyze the association between before and after training among family volunteers. The results showed that (1) the means of knowledge about DM, HT, and LTC before training were moderate level, then after training were high level. While, the mean of knowledge about CKD before training was low level, then after training was high level, (2) comparing the differences of the knowledge between before and after training about DM, CKD, HT, and LTC found that they increased significantly at p-value < 0.05, and (3) the overall satisfaction of family volunteers about the training was high level.
