การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์
2) สภาพการเลี้ยงโคนมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 3) การจัดการอาหารที่ใช้เลี้ยงโคนมและผลผลิตน้ำนมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ และ 4) ความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเลี้ยงโคนมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์มีอายุเฉลี่ย 44.8 ปีและสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.5 คน สมาชิกสหกรณ์กลุ่มที่ 1 มีการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การเลี้ยงโคนมน้อยกว่าสมาชิกสหกรณ์กลุ่มที่ 2 ทั้งนี้ สมาชิกสหกรณ์กลุ่มที่ 1 มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 117,790 บาท/เดือนและรายจ่ายเฉลี่ย 63,682 บาท/เดือน ส่วนสมาชิกสหกรณ์กลุ่มที่ 2 มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 126,730 บาท/เดือนและรายจ่ายเฉลี่ย 77,993 บาท/เดือน 2) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ทั้งสองกลุ่มส่วนใหญ่เลี้ยงโคนมลูกผสมพันธุ์โฮลสไตน์ฟรีเชี่ยน ที่มีระดับสายเลือดโคพันธุ์โฮลสไตน์ฟรีเชี่ยนสูงกว่า 75% โดยกลุ่มที่ 1 เลี้ยงโคนมเฉลี่ยไม่เกิน 40 ตัวต่อฟาร์ม และโคให้น้านมเฉลี่ย 12.20 กิโลกรัมต่อตัวต่อวัน ส่วนกลุ่มที่ 2 เลี้ยงโคนมเฉลี่ยมากกว่า 40 ตัวต่อฟาร์ม และโคให้น้านมเฉลี่ย 13.75 กิโลกรัมต่อตัวต่อวัน 3) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่ตัดหญ้ามาให้โคนมกินวันละ 2 ครั้ง แต่สัดส่วนการให้อาหารหยาบ : อาหารข้นของกลุ่มที่ 1 มากกว่ากลุ่มที่ 2 คือ 64:36 เมื่อเทียบกับ 56:44 กิโลกรัมต่อตัวต่อวัน หรือคิดเป็น 1.78 ต่อ 1.27 สาหรับปริมาณของแข็งทั้งหมดในน้ำนมโคของกลุ่มที่ 1 และกลุ่มที่ 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ย 12.99 และ 10.77 % ตามลาดับ ทั้งนี้ ปริมาณอาหารหยาบที่ให้ ปริมาณอาหารที่ให้ทั้งหมด และสัดส่วนอาหารหยาบต่ออาหารข้น มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับปริมาณของแข็งทั้งหมดในน้านมโค (P<0.01) โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ 0.327 0.327 และ 1.00 ตามลาดับ แสดงให้เห็นว่า การเพิ่มปริมาณอาหารหยาบ ปริมาณอาหารที่ให้ทั้งหมด และสัดส่วนอาหารหยาบต่ออาหารข้น มีผลต่อการเพิ่มปริมาณของแข็งทั้งหมดในน้านม ซึ่งเป็นการเพิ่มคุณภาพน้ำนมนั่นเอง และ 4) ร้อยละ 30 ของสมาชิกสหกรณ์กลุ่มที่ 2 มีความคิดเห็นว่าการจัดการเลี้ยงโคนมของตนอยู่ในระดับที่ดี ในขณะที่สมาชิกสหกรณ์กลุ่มที่ 1 เพียงร้อยละ 22.5 มีความคิดเห็นว่าการจัดการเลี้ยงโคนมของตนอยู่ในระดับที่ดี ซึ่งตรงกันข้ามกับความเป็นจริง
The objectives of this research were to study 1) socio-economic situations of the members of cooperatives, 2) dairy production of the members of cooperatives, 3) dairy feed management and milk yields of the members of cooperatives, and 4) the opinions of the members of cooperatives on dairy production management The results showed that 1) the members of cooperatives were on average 44.8 years old and had an average 4.5 household members. The members in group 1 had lower education and less dairy farming experience than the members in group 2. Additionally, the members in group 1 had the average income 117,790 Baht/month and average expenses 63,682 Baht/month, while the members in group 2 had the average income 126,730 Baht/month and average expenses 77,993 Baht/month. 2) The majority of both groups raised 75% Holstein Friesian breed. The average number of dairy cows of group 1 was less than 40 head per farm and gave average milk production of 12.20 kg/head/day, while the average number of dairy cows of group 2 was more than 40 head per farm and gave average milk production of 13.75 kg/head/day. 3) The majority of both groups cut and carried grass to feed their cows twice a day. Considerably, the roughage : concentrate feed ratio of group 1 was higher than that of group 2, which was 64:36 versus 56:44 kg/head/day, or 1.78 versus 1.27. The total solids in milk of group 1 and group 2 were 12.99 % and 10.77 %, respectively. There were positive correlation coefficients (r) between the amount of roughage consumed, total feed consumed, and the roughage : concentrate ratio with the total solids in milk, were 0.327, 0.327 and 1.00, respectively (p<0.01). This indicated that increasing the amount of roughage consumed, total feed consumed, and the roughage : concentrate feed ratio would increase total solids in milk, or in other words increase milk quality. 4) Thirty percent of group 2 stated that their dairy production management was at a good level, while only 22.5% in group 1 stated that their dairy production management was at a good level, which showed that their opinions were contrasted with the quality of their milk production.
