Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการออมของเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาล
ในเขตอำเภอเมยวดี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ที่เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการออม ปริมาณเงินออม และจุดมุ่งหมายในการออม และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อปริมาณเงินออมของเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลในเขตอำเภอเมยวดี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลในเขตอำเภอเมยวดี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 152 คน ใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลปฐมภูมิที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลในเขตอำเภอเมยวดี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ เป็นข้อมูลที่ได้ศึกษาข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับการออมได้แก่ บทความ หนังสือ วิทยานิพนธ์ งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการทดสอบหาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการออมใช้การวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ สมการถดถอยพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการออมของเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลในเขตอาเภอเมยวดี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยส่วนใหญ่มีรูปแบบการออมเงินโดยฝากเงินกับธนาคารมากที่สุด และมีปริมาณ
เงินออมต่า กว่า 5,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.20 โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายในการออมส่วนใหญ่ออมเงิน เพื่อไว้ใช้จ่ายในยามฉุกเฉิน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.20 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อปริมาณเงินออมของเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลในเขตอำเภอเมยวดี จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน สถานภาพ และระดับการศึกษา โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ทางบวกของปัจจัยต่างๆ ดังกล่าวเท่ากับ 0.162 0.055 และ 0.020 ตามลำดับ
Objectives of this study were to study: 1) the saving behavior of Moei Wadi Municipality’s officials. Roi Et province concerning the form, amount and purpose of saving; and 2) the factors determining the amount of savings of these authorities.The population in this study included 152 staff of Moei Wadi Municipality, Roi Et province, of and it was a survey research. The data used in the study consisted of the primary data, as collected from the municipal officials via questionnaire, and the secondary data, as derived from various sources, including articles, books, and thesis and research reports. The statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, and mean, while regression equation was applied to examine the factors influencing the savings. The results showed that: 1) the saving behavior of the municipal authorities was mostly deposited at the banks, and their savings were less than 5,000 baht or 59.20%, and mainly saved money for emergency or 63.20%; and 2) the factors affecting the savings of the officials were the average monthly income, their statuses,and education level with 0.162, 0.055 and 0.020 positive coefficients respectively.
