Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ไทยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา (2) ศึกษาวิธีการในการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ไทยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา (3) รวบรวมปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ไทยของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับชั้นปีที่ 4 ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทา สาขาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวและบริการ จํานวน 307 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 148 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่า (1) ประสิทธิผลการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านแล้ว พบว่าประสิทธิผลการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ด้านทัศนคติ บุคลิกภาพ ความรู้และทักษะอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) วิธีการในการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลในการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์อยู่ในเชิงบวกระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านแล้วพบว่าการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ไทยโดยวิธีการฝึกอบรม การพัฒนาในงานการศึกษานอกระบบ การศึกษาในระบบ และการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับประสิทธิผลในการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์ในระดับปานกลางตามลําดับ (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนามัคคุเทศก์โดยรวมยังขาดการเรียนรู้ภาษาที่สามและขาดการส่งเสริมทางด้านภาคปฏิบัติ ซึ่งสามารถแก้ไขได้โดยสร้างความร่วมมือกบสถาบันการอบรมและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวได้
The purpose of this study was (1) to study the effectiveness of Thai guide development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (2) to study developing methods for Thai guides that related to the effectiveness of Thai guide development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. (3) to collect problems, obstacles and recommendations for Thai guide development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This study was a survey research. Population consisted 307 senior students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University who were majoring in tourism industries and service department. Samples were 148 students. Sampling method was simple sampling. Research tools was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis employed percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The findings revealed that (1) an overall image of the effectiveness of Thai guide development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Sunandha Rajabhat University was at high level. Considered each aspect, it was found that attitudes, personality, knowledge and skills was at high level (2) developing methods for Thai guides showed positive correlated with the effectiveness of Thai guide development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University at moderate level. Considered each aspect, it was found that methods by mean of training, work enrichment, non-formal education, formal education and informal education had positive correlation with the effectiveness of Thai guide development of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University at moderate level, respectively (3) problems and obstacles were lack of third language learning and practices. This could be solved by collaborating partnerships with educational institutions and tourism promotion agencies.
