Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาวะโรงงานผู้ผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ทั้งหมดที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากกรมวิชาการเกษตร 2) กระบวนการผลิตและปัญหาในการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ที่ผลิตโดยโรงงานที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากกรมวิชาการเกษตร 3) ปัจจัยและอิทธิพลที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ที่ผลิตโดยโรงงานที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากกรมวิชาการเกษตรที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กาหนด 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพของปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ของโรงงานที่ผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ที่ได้มาตรฐานและไม่ได้มาตรฐานของกรมวิชาการเกษตร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โรงงานผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ทั้งหมดทั่วประเทศมีจานวน 470 โรงงาน ใน 5 จังหวัด ที่ทำการศึกษา มีโรงงานทั้งหมด 207 โรงงาน โดยจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีมีจำนวนโรงงานมากที่สุด คือ 60 โรงงานรองลงมาคือ นครปฐม สุพรรณบุรี นนทบุรี และสระบุรี โดยมีโรงงานจานวน 58, 34, 32 และ 23 โรงงาน ตามลาดับ 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นไปตามกระบวนการผลิตที่กรมวิชาการเกษตรกำหนด ด้านวัตถุดิบที่ใช้มีคุณภาพดี ใช้เศษพืช มูลสัตว์และวัสดุอินทรีย์เป็นวัตถุดิบหลัก ใช้กรรมวิธีการผลิตที่แน่นอน มีเครื่องชั่ง อุปกรณ์การผลิตที่มีมาตรฐาน แรงงานส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์กาหนดของกรมวิชาการเกษตร ได้แก่ ไนโตรเจน ฟอสฟอรัส โพแทสเซียม หรือผลรวมของธาตุอาหารหลัก อัตราส่วนของคาร์บอนต่อไนโตรเจนและความชื้น 4) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า อินทรียวัตถุมีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพของปุ๋ยอินทรีย์
This research aimed to study 1) situations of organic fertilizer manufacturers that have been approved by the Department of Agriculture; 2) the manufacturing process and the problems in the production lines of these manufacturers; 3) factors that influence the quality of organic fertilizers of manufacturers; 4) the relationship among all the factors that affect the quality of organic fertilizer produced by manufacturers that meet the Department of Agriculture Standard and those who could not comply with the standard. The population of this study was the organic fertilizer manufacturers in Kanchanaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Suphanburi, Nonthaburi and Saraburi provinces. Samples of organic fertilizer from 20 manufacturers were collected by using quota technique and analyzed. Structured questionnaire was used in this study. The data were analyzed by for the values of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and chi-square. The result showed that 1) there were 470 organic fertilizer manufacturers all over the country and 207 manufacturers located in the 5 provinces of the study area. The province with the highest number (60 manufacturers) was Kanchanaburi, followed by Nakhon Pathom, Suphanburi, Nonthaburi and Saraburi with 58, 34, 32 and 23 manufacturers, respectively. 2) Manufacturing process passed the citing compose good quality raw materials such as plant debris, manure and other organic materials were the main ingredients and the processing method was exact. Some manufacturers had problems with raw materials, such as inconsistent quality and problems with the weighing and mixing process, resulting in undesired proportions of constituents in the finished product. 3) Factors influenced the quality of organic fertilizers include nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium or the sum of major mineral components and moisture 4) The study on the factors affecting the quality of organic fertilizer showed that organic matter was related to the quality of the organic fertilizer
