การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของเด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนอนุบาลวัดไชยชุมพลชนะสงคราม จังหวัดกาญจนบุรีก่อนและหลังการจัดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เด็กปฐมวัยชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 1 อายุ 4-5 ปี ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนาน 28 คน ของโรงเรียนอนุบาลวัดไชยชุมพลชนะสงคราม จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์ และแบบวัดความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของเด็กปฐมวัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า เด็กปฐมวัยโรงเรียนอนุบาลวัดไชยชุมพลชนะสงคราม ที่ได้รับการจัดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหา มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาสูงกว่าก่อนการจัดกิจกรรมวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purpose of this research was to compare problem solving abilities of preschool children at Anuban Wat Chaichumphon Chana Songkhram School in Kanchanaburi province before and after provision of experience using science activities. The sample obtained by cluster random sampling comprised 28 preschool children, 4-5 years old, studying in kindergarten 3 level in the second semester of the 2015 academic year at Anuban Wat Chaichumphon Chana Songkhram School in Kanchanaburi province. The instruments used were science activities management plans, and a problem solving ability assessment scale for preschool children. The employed statistics for data analysis were the mean standard deviation, and t-test. The results showed that the post-experiment problem solving ability of preschool children at Anuban Wat Chaichumphon Chana Songkhram School, who were provided with science activities experience to promote problem solving ability, was significantly higher than their pre-experiment counterpart ability at the .01 level.
