Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) สภาพการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียว 3) การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียวของเกษตรกร และ 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียวของเกษตรกร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียวในจังหวัดลพบุรี ที่ผ่านการอบรมกับกรมวิชาการเกษตร ปี 2564/65 จำนวน 200 ราย กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 134 คน โดยวิธีสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการจัดอันดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศขาย อายุเฉลี่ย 52.46 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนตัน มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียว เฉลี่ย 9.31 ปี มีพื้นที่ผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียว เฉลี่ย 21.04 ปี ต้นทุนในการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียว เฉลี่ย 2,000.00 บาทต่อปี มีรายได้จากการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียว เฉลี่ย 77,059,70 บาทต่อปี ราคาผลผลิต เฉลี่ย 25.13 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม 2) เกษตรกรมีการใช้เมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียวพันธุ์ชัยนาท 84-1 มีอัตราการใช้เมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียว เฉลี่ย 8.36 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ เกษตรกรผู้ผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียวไม่มีการใส่ปุ๋ย มีการให้น้ำในระยะกล้า มีการตรวจพันธุ์ปนในระยะติดฝัก การเก็บเกี่ยวโดยใช้เครื่องเกี่ยวนวด มีปริมาณผลผลิต เฉลี่ย 140.69 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ 3) เกษตรกรมีการยอมรับ เทคโนโลยีการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่วเขียวอยู่ในระดับมาก ในประเด็นด้านการเก็บเกี่ยวและการปรับปรุงสภาพ และด้านการเลือกพื้นที่ปลูกและการเตรียมดิน 4) ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ถั่ว เขียว ด้านการดูแลรักษา ในประเด็นขาดความรู้ในการใช้สารเคมีป้องกันกำจัดโรคและแมลงในระดับมากที่สุด ข้อเสนอแนะของเกษตรกรควรได้รับการสนับสนุน ปัจจัยการผลิตจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เช่น เมล็ดพันธุ์ ปุ๋ยเคมี และการประกันราคาผลผลิต
The objectives of this research were to study 1) farmers’ social and economic conditions; 2) mung bean seed production conditions; 3) farmers’ adoption of mung bean seeds production technology; and 4) problems and recommendations related to the farmers’ adoption of mung bean seeds production technology.The population consisted of 200 farmers in Lopburi province who produced mung beans and that passed the training with the Department of Agriculture in the year 2021/2022. The 134-sample size was calculated by the Taro Yamane formula with error value of 0.05. Structured interviews were used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, minimum, maximum, standard deviation, and ranking. The results indicated that 1) most of the farmers were male with an average age of 52.46 years old and graduated from junior high school. The average experience in mung bean seeds production was 9.31 years. The average area for mung bean seed production was 21.04 kilograms per rai. The average cost of mung bean seed production was 2,000.00 baht per rai. The average income from mung bean seed production was 77,059.70 baht per years. The average production price was 25.13 baht per kilograms; 2) Farmers used Chainat 84-1 mung bean seeds. They used about 8.36 kilograms of mung bean seeds per rai. Farmers who produce mung bean seeds did not apply fertilizer, and watered during the seedling stage. The detection of contaminated species was done during the incubation period. Harvesting was done using a machine called a combine harvester. The average yield was 140.69 kilograms per rai; 3) Farmers had adoption the technology of seed production for mung bean at a high level in terms of selection of planting area and soil preparation, harvesting, and improving conditions; and 4) There were problems with the adoption of mung bean seed production technology in the maintenance and production. The highest level of the problem was on the issue; lack of knowledge in using chemicals to prevent diseases and insects. Farmer's suggestions should be supported of production from government agencies such as seeds, chemical fertilizers and price insurance.
