ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้าพยาบาลกับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งสถิติปัญญาของกลุ่มการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน ภาคใต้

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของ หัวหน้าพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ (2) ระดับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้าพยาบาลกับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชนภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ภาคใต้ ที่ปฏิบัติงานภายใต้การบังคับบัญชาของหัวหน้าพยาบาลคนปัจจุบันตั้งแต่, 1 ปีขื้นไป จำนวน 335 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้าพยาบาล และส่วนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามความเป็นองค์กรแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มการพยาบาล ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ของส่วนที่ 2 และส่วนที่ 3 เท่ากับ 0.99 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้าพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ความเป็นองค์กรแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) ภาวะผู้นำชั้นยอดของหัวหน้าพยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งสติปัญญาของกลุ่มการพยาบาลในระดับสูงมาก (r = 0.840) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001

The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to study the super-leadership of nursing directors as perceived by professional nurses, (2) to investigate the intelligent organization of nursing departments, and (3) to find the correlation between the super-leadership of nursing directors and the intelligent organization of nursing departments at community hospitals in the southern region. Stratified random sampling was used for selecting 335 subjects from all professional nurses at community hospitals in the southern region who had worked for at least 1 year under their current nursing directors. The research tools used for collecting the data were questionnaires comprising 3 sections: (1) personal data, (2) the super-leadership of nursing directors, and (3) the intelligent organization of nursing departments. These questionnaires were tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of the second and the third sections were 0.99 and 0.97 respectively. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study illustrated as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated super- leadership of their nursing directors at the high level. (2) They rated the intelligent organization of nursing departments at the high level. Finally, (3) there was a statistically significant positive correlation at high level between the super-leadership of nursing directors and the intelligent organization of nursing departments (r = 0.840, p < .001).
