Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา1) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 2) ระดับความรู้และความเข้าใจในรายงานทางการบัญชีและการเงินของคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ และ 3) ระดับการใช้ประโยชน์รายงานทางการบัญชีและการเงินของคณะกรรมการดำเนินการในการบริหารสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ในจังหวัดกระบี่
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ คณะกรรมการดำเนินการของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ในจังหวัดกระบี่ ทั้งหมด จำนวน 9 สหกรณ์ รวม 116 ราย เครื่องที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบทดสอบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) คณะกรรมการดำเนินการส่วนใหญ่เพศชาย ร้อยละ 88.8 อายุ ระหว่าง 41 - 50 ปี ร้อยละ 41.4 ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 52.6 การศึกษาสูงสุดด้านการศึกษาภาคบังคับ และด้านศาสนาอิสลาม ร้อยละ 33.6 และด้านการศึกษาร้อยละ 25.0 ประกอบอาชีพข้าราชการ/ข้าราชการบำนาญ ร้อยละ 63.8 ตำแหน่งปัจจุบันในสหกรณ์คือ ตำแหน่งกรรมการ ร้อยละ 65.5 และประสบการณ์ในการดำรงตำแหน่งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 1 - 3 ปี ร้อยละ 37.9 และ 4-6 ปี ร้อยละ 15.5 2)ระดับ ความรู้และความเข้าใจในรายงานทางการบัญชีและการเงินของคณะกรรมการดำเนินการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยรวมเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ 84.9 3) ระดับ การใช้ประโยชน์รายงานทางการบัญชีและการเงินของคณะกรรมการดำเนินการในการบริหารสหกรณ์ ด้านการวางแผน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เฉลี่ย 2.62 ด้านการควบคุม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เฉลี่ย 2.22 และด้านการตัดสินใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เฉลี่ย 2.34
The objectives of this research were to study 1) personal factor of operation committees, 2) the level of knowledge and understanding in the accounting and finance reports of operation committees, and 3) the level of utilization of reports in accounting and finance of operation committees in the management of Savings Cooperatives in Krabi Province. This study was a survey research. The study population was 116 operation committees of Savings Cooperatives in Krabi Province, in the total of 9 cooperatives. The data were collected via questionnaires and testing form. The statistics used in this study included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study found that 1) most of operation committees were male (88.8%) and at the age range of 41-50 years old (41.4%). They finished education mostly at bachelor’s level ( 52.6%) in the field of Compulsory and Islamic Education ( 33.6%) and in Education ( 25.0%) . Moreover, the majority of committees were government officials / retired government officials ( 63.8%) . Their current positions in the cooperatives were committees ( 6 5 . 5%) . In term of working experience in such position, 37.9% of the committees had 1-3 years of experience, and 15.5% had 4-6 year of experience. 2) In overall, the level of knowledge and understanding in the accounting and finance reports of the committees was in “good” level averagely at 84.9%. 3) For The level of utilization of reports in accounting and finance of operation committees, the planning aspect was at high level ( 2.62) , the controlling aspect was at medium level ( 2.22) , and the decision aspect was at medium level (2.34).
