Abstract
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาแนวคิดพัฒนามนุษย์ของฉือจี้ มาใช้ในการบริหารและดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน (2) ศึกษาผลการใช้แนวคิดพัฒนามนุษย์ของฉือจี้ มาใช้ในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนโรงเรียนฉือจี้เชียงใหม่ตามแนวคิดพัฒนามนุษย์ของฉือจี้ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสังเกตและการสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 32 คนประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารจำนวน 1 คน ครูและบุคลากร 7 คน นักเรียน 12 คน และตัวแทนผู้ปกครอง 12 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การวิจัยปรากฏผลดังนี้ (1) แนวคิดพัฒนามนุษย์ของฉือจี้ที่นำมาใช้ในพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนฉือจี้เชียงใหม่ คือ หลักพรหมวิหารสี่ ได้แก่ เมตตา กรุณา มุฑิตา อุเบกขา (2) ผลการใช้แนวคิดพัฒนามนุษย์ของฉือจี้เพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามหลักพรหมวิหารสี่ สามารถพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนอย่างเด่นชัด เป็นที่พึงพอใจของชุมชน ผู้ปกครอง องค์กรและหน่วยงานต่างๆ แต่มีปัญหาเรื่องผู้ปกครองบางส่วนยังไม่เข้าใจในแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาของฉือจื้อย่างชัดเจน ทำให้ผู้ปกครองกลุ่มดังกล่าวไม่ให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่กับโรงเรียน ส่งผลให้นักเรียนบางส่วนไม่สามารถนำแนวทางตามวิถีของฉือจี้ไปใช้ในครอบครัวหรือสังคมภายนอกได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ และ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนควรมีการให้รางวัล เกียรติบัตร ชมเชยนักเรียนที่ได้ปฏิบัติดี ทางโรงเรียนเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจกับทางบ้านเพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมมือในทิศทางเดียวกัน และเน้นการฝึกให้นักเรียนมีค่านิยมที่ถูกต้อง มีความเข้มแข็ง และกล้าหาญที่จะดำเนินชีวิตในสังคมตามแนวทางที่ถูกต้องและมีคุณธรรม
The objectives of this research were (1) to study Tzu Chi’s humanities approach to be applied in management and operation for development of student’s desirable characteristics; (2) to study results of application of Tzu Chi’s humanities approach in the operation for development of student’s desirable characteristics; and (3) to study guidelines for development of student’s desirable characteristics in Chiang Mai Tzu Chi School based on Tzu Chi’s humanities approach. This research was a qualitative research. Data were collected via observation and interviewing of 32 key research informants comprising one administrator, seven teachers and school personnel, 12 students, and 12 representatives of parents. Data were analyzed with content analysis. Research findings were as follows: (1) Tzu Chi’s humanities approach that was applied in development of desirable characteristics of students of Chiang Mai Tzu Chi School was Brahmavihara 4 consisting of Metta (loving-kindness), Karuna (compassion), Mudita (sympathetic joy), and Upekkha (equanimity); (2) results of application of Tzu Chi’s humanities approach based on Brahmavihara 4 principle in the operation for development of student’s desirable characteristics showed that the approach could clearly develop desirable characteristics of students which was satisfactory for the parents, community, organizations and work agencies; however, there were still some problems due to the lack of clear understanding on Tzu Chi’s humanities approach on the part of some parents; as a result, those parents did not fully cooperate with the school which resulted in some students not being able to regularly apply Tzu Chi’s humanities approach in their families and the outside society; and (3) as for guidelines for development of student’s desirable characteristics in Chiang Mai Tzu Chi School based on Tzu Chi’s humanities approach, the school should offer rewards, honor certificates or praises to students who had good behaviors; the school should focus on creating good understanding with the parents to encourage their full cooperation; and the school should focus on training students to equip them with correct and good values, strength of characters and the courage to live their lives in the society based on the correct and ethical approach
