ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการในโรงพยาบาลยโสธร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของบุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการ (2) ระดับความพึงพอใจต่อบรรยากาศองค์กรของการทำงาน (3) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน และ (4) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการในโรงพยาบาลยโสธร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 31-40 ปี สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษามัธยมปลาย/ ปวช. ทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยเหลือคนไข้และพนักงานบริการทั่วไป มีอายุงานมากกว่า 5 ปี มีชั่วโมงทำงานไม่เกิน 8 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน มีวันทำงานไม่เกิน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ และมีรายได้ต่อเดือนไม่เกิน 15,000 บาท (2) บุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการมีคะแนนความพึงพอใจต่อบรรยากาศองค์กรเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 48.84 (± 5.75) ซึ่งบุคลากรมีความพึงพอใจต่อบรรยากาศองค์กรอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) บุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการมีคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 153.53 (± 20.47) ซึ่งบุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการมีคะแนนความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (4) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา อายุ ชั่วโมงทำงาน รายได้ต่อเดือน ความชัดเจนของเป้าหมายนโยบาย ความรับผิดชอบในงาน การทำงานล่วงเวลา และโครงสร้างองค์กร ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ตัวแปรดังกล่าวสามารถร่วมกันทำนายต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรด้านสนับสนุนบริการได้ร้อยละ 62.10

This cross-sectional study aimed to: (1) identify baseline characteristics of service support staff; (2) determine levels of satisfaction with the organizational climate; (3) determine the levels of quality of work life; and (4) identify factors related to quality of work life of service support personnel in Yasothon Hospital. The study involved 154 service support personnel randomly selected from such workers at the hospital. Data were collected using a questionnaire whose reliability value was 0.89 and then analyzed to determine frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression. The study found that, among the participants: (1) most of them were married women aged 31–40 years and had completed upper secondary education or equivalent, working as patient support or general service staff with more than 5 years of work experience and a monthly income of not exceeding 15,000 baht; (2) they had a high mean score of satisfaction with organizational climate (48.84 ± 5.75 on a 1–60 scale); (3) their quality of work life was at a high level (mean score 153.53 ± 20.47 on a 1–200 scale); and (4) the factors significantly related to their quality of work life included education, age, working hours, income, policy clarity, job responsibilities, overtime work, and organizational structure (p <0.001); these variables could 62.10% predict the quality of work life.
