Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความสามารถในการเผชิญและฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคของนายทหารชั้นประทวนในหน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่ง (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความพึงพอใจในงานที่มีผลต่อความสามารถในการเผชิญและฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคของนายทหารชั้นประทวน (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความพึงพอใจในงานกับความสามารถในการเผชิญและฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคของนายทหารชั้นประทวน และ (4) ศึกษาอำนาจการพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคของนายทหารชั้น ประทวน จากปัจจัยการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความพึงพอใจในงาน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนายทหารชั้นประทวนในหน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่ง จำนวน 356 คน คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัว อย่างโดยใช้วิธีของยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 95 และคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเทียบอัตราส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความสามารถในการเผชิญ และฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคของนายทหารชั้นประทวนในหน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่ง มีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ขัอมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยที่พบ (1) นายทหารชั้นประทวนในหน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่งมีความสามารถในการเผชิญและฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) นายทหารชั้นประทวนมีการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความพึงพอใจในงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยด้านการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความพึงพอใจในงานมีความสัมพันธ์ กับความสามารถในการเผชิญและฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคของนายทหารชั้นประทวน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (4) ปัจจัยด้านการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและความพึงพอใจในงานสามารถพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการเผชิญและฝ่าฟันอุป สรรคของนายทหารชั้นประทวนได้้ร้อยละ 46.8 โดยสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการทำนายได้ ดงันี้ Y’ = 1.52 + .29X1 + .30X2 Z’ = .37ZX1 + .36ZX2
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the; Adversity Quotient level of Non-Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command (2) to study the Self-Esteem and Job Satisfaction levels of Non- Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command (3) to study the relation of the Self-Esteem and Job Satisfaction with the Adversity Quotient level of Non-Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command and (4) to study the predictive power of the Self-Esteem and Job Satisfaction which predicting the Adversity Quotient level of Non- Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command The research sample consisted of 356 Non-Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command who were determined based on Yamane’s method and Quota Sampling.The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire of the Non-Commissioned Officers’s Adversity Quotient ability with reliability coefficient at .96. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the total Adversity Quotient level of Non- Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command was rated at the high level (2) the total Self-Esteem and Job Satisfaction levels of Non-Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command were rated at the high level (3) the Self-Esteem and Job Satisfaction were related to the; Adversity Quotient level of Non-Commissioned Officers at the .05 level of statistical significance and (4) ) the Self-Esteem and Job Satisfaction could be combined to predict the Adversity Quotient of Non-Commissioned Officers in the Royal Thai Naval Air and Coastal Defense Command by 46.80 percent. The predicted equation were Y’ = 1.52 + .29X1 + .30X2 and Z’ = .37ZX1 + .36ZX2
