บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนในฝัน อำเภอท่าแซะ จังหวัดชุมพร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนในฝัน อำเภอท่าแซะ จังหวัดชุมพร และ (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียนในฝัน อำเภอท่าแซะ จังหวัดชุมพร จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้โนการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนในฝัน อำเภอท่าแซะ จังหวัดชุมพร จำนวน 113 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตร ประมาณค่ามีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในฝัน อำเภอท่าแซะ จังหวัดชุมพรในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การประเมินผลการปฐมนิเทศ การนิเทศ การจัดสวัสดิการ และการพัฒนา และ (2) บทบาทของผู้บริหารทั้งในภาพรวม และรายด้านในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในฝันไม่แตกต่างกัน ตามการรับรู้ของครูผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน

The purposes of this study were (1) to study the roles of administrators in enhancing work performance efficiency of Lab school teachers in Tha Sae district, Chumphon province, and (2) to compare the roles of administrators in enhancing work performance efficiency of Lab school teachers in Tha Sae district, Chumphon province as classified by gender, age, educational level, and work experience. The research sample consisted of 113 teachers in Tha Sae district, Chumphon province; obtained by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with .95 reliability coefficient. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance. The research results revealed that (1) the overall and by-aspect roles of administrators in enhancing work performance efficiency of Lab school teachers in Tha Sae district, Chumphon province were rated at the high level; roles in specific aspects could be ranked based on their rating means from high to low as follows: evaluation, orientation, supervision, welfare provision, and development; and (2) no significant difference was found regarding the roles of administrators in enhancing work performance efficiency of Lab school teachers in Tha Sae district, Chumphon province as perceived by teachers with different genders, ages, educational levels, and work experiences.
