การพัฒนาชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์เรื่องข้อมูลสารสนเทศ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุทัยธานี เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์วิชาคอม พิวเตอร์ เรื่องข้อมูลสารสนเทศสำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุทัยธานี เขต 2 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 45 คน ซึ่งกำลังเรียนอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 ที่โรงเรียนบ้านหนองฝาง และโรงเรียนบ้านหูช้าง จังหวัดอุทัยธานี ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลาย ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ เรื่องข้อมูลสารสนเทศ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน แบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบ สอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.10/80.61 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop an electronic learning package in the Computer Course on the topic of Information for Prathom Suksa V students in schools under Uthai Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 based on the set efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of students who learned from the electronic learning package; and (3) to study opinions of the students toward the electronic learning package. The research sample consisted of 45 Prathom Suksa V students studying at Ban Nong Fang School and Ban Hu Chang School in Uthai Thani province during the second semester of the 2017 academic year, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The employed research instruments comprised (1) an electronic learning package in the Computer Course on the topic of Information; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on opinions of the students toward the electronic learning package. Statistics for data analysis were the E1ZE2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed electronic learning package was efficient at 80.10/80.61, thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) the students who learned from the electronic learning package achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the students had opinions that the electronic learning package was appropriate at the high level.
