Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่องข้าวไทยสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 4 โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษาและ(2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่สร้างขึ้นผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 4 โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ (1) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่องข้าวไทยที่สร้างขึ้น (2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ(3) แบบประเมินความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนต่อหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการศึกษามีดังนี้ (1) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องข้าวไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้น
ประถมศึกษาปี ที่ 4 ประกอบด้วย แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน หลังเรียน คำชี้แจงวิธีการเรียน เนื้อเรื่อง 6 เรื่อง แต่ละเรื่องมีกิจกรรมท้ายเรื่อง และภาพประกอบที่สอดคล้องกับเนื้อเรื่อง และ (2) ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกบคุณภาพของหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความเหมาะสมัยอยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this study were (1) to construct an electronic book entitled Thai Rice for Prathom Suksa IV students of Kasetsart University Demonstration School, Center of Educational Research and Development; and (2) to verify quality of the developed electronic book.The research informants consisted of three experts and 10 Prathom Suksa IV students of Kasetsart University Demonstration School, Center of Educational Research and Development. The employed instruments for the study were ( 1) the constructed electronic book entitled Thai Rice; (2) a quality assessment form for the developed electronic book; and (3) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the electronic book. Statistics for data analysis were the IOC index, mean, and standard deviation. The results of this study showed that (1) the electronic book entitled Thai Rice for Prathom Suksa IV students contained six topics each of which consisted of a pre-test and a post-test, instructions for study, illustrations, and end-of-lesson activities; and (2) results of quality verification by the experts showed that the IOC for content validity of the book were between 0.67 - 1.00; and the students had opinions that the quality of the electronic book was appropriate at the high level.
