Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ ตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการปฎบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ ตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน และ (3) เปรียบเทึยบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ ตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพ อาชีพ รายได้ และลักษณะการใช้บริการกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ ตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชนพี่มีภูมิลำเนาและพักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตอำเภอเมืองน่าน จังหวัคน่าน จำนวน 80,778 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่มีภูมิลำเนาและพักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตอำเภอเมืองน่าน จังหวัดน่าน จำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครึ่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งเป็นแบบมาตรวัดประมาณค่าของลิเคอร์ท มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .94 สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณการทดสอบค่า t และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน ในด้านความทันเวลา ด้านความเสมอภาค ด้านความต่อเนึ๋อง ด้านความกัาวหน้า ด้านความสะดวก ด้านผู้ใช้บริการ ด้านคุณภาพการบริการ ด้านข้อมูล ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และด้านสถานที่ อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ สถานีตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน มีเพึยง 1 ปัจจัย คือปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการบริการ โดยส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) ประชาชนที่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 51 ปืขึ้นไป สถานภาพสมรส และเคยใช้บริการกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ ตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน ในสถานะพยานและสถานะอื่นๆ มีความพึงพอใจต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ ตำรวจภูธรอำเภอเมืองน่าน ในระดับสูงกว่า ประชาชนเพศหญิง อายูตํ่ากว่า 51 ปีสถานภาพโสด หย่าและหม้าย และเคยใช้บริการในสถานะผู้กล่าวหา ผู้เสียหาย ผู้ต้องหา โดยส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนระดับการศึกษาอาชีพและรายได้ มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจไม่ต่างกัน
This research had the purposes to (1) study the level of satisfaction of the people with the work of the patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police (2) study the factors affecting the satisfaction of the people with the work of the patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police and (3) compare (find the relationship between) the satisfaction of the people with the work of the patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police with the People’s sex, age, educational level, marital status, occupation, income, level and service type with patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police. The research sample was 400 people registered and lived in Mueang Nan District, Nan Province using multiple random sampling methods. The tool used in the collection of the data was a questionnaire of the factors affecting the satisfaction of the people with the work of the patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police which was a Likert Scale with the Confidence Value of .94. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, frequencies, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Multiple Correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis and the One Way ANOVA. The results of the research found that (1) the people were satisfied with the work of the patrol police of Mueang Nan District Police for the timeliness, equality, continuity, progress, convenience, service users, quality of the service, information, materials and place at the level of High (2) only one factor affecting the satisfaction of the people with the work of the patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police which was the quality of sendee with significant level of statistics at .05. (3) people age over 51, male, married and had used the service of the patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police in the status of witness or other status were satisfied with the work of the patrol police, Mueang Nan District Police at the level of High with significant level of statistics at .05 while the educational level, occupation and income level related insignificantly with the people’s satisfaction.
