ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุและผลของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดแพร่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพอื่ 1) ศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ 2) ทดสอบแบบจาลองโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุและผลของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และ3) ค้นหาทิศทางและขนาดอิทธิพลของปัจจัยทางจิตสังคมที่ส่งผลต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดแพร่ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดแพร่ มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการทดสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์พบว่า มีความสอดคล้องกันและ 3) ผลการทดสอบเส้นทางอิทธิพล พบว่า (1) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิทางตรงต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพได้แก่ การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติ และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (β= 0.50, 0.13, 0.18 และ 0.26, p-value < 0.05 ตามลา ดับ) (2) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ได้แก่ ทัศนคติต่อการดูแลตนเอง การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว และการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพ (β= 0.24, 0.41 และ 0.11, p-value < 0.05 ตามลำดับ) และ (3) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ โดยผ่านความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ได้แก่ การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว (β= 0.13, p-value < 0.05)

The Purposes of this study were: 1) to determine the levels of health Literacy and health behaviors; 2) to assess causal relationships and effects of health literacy on health behaviors; and 3) to examine the direction and magnitude of the influence of psychosocial factors that affected health literacy and health behaviors of village health volunteers (VHVs) in Phare province. The study sample consisted of 692 VHVs selected from all 12,106 VHVs in the province, using multistage random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire that Cronbach’s alpha coefficient ranged between 0.72 and 0.93, and then analyzed using the structured equation modeling technique. The results showed that: 1) the VHVs in the province had high levels of health literacy and health behaviors; 2) the proposed causal relationship model fitted with the empirical data; and 3) according to an influential path analysis , (1) factors directly influencing health behaviors were families’ social support, receipt of health information, perceived benefits and health literacy (β= 0.50, 0.13, 0.18 and0.26, p-value < 0.05, respectively);(2) factors directly influencing health literacy were self-care attitudes, families’ social support and receipt of health information (β= 0.24, 0.41 and0.11, p-value<0.05, respectively);and (3) families’ social support played a mediating role as a variable indirectly effecting health literacy through health behaviors (β= 0.13, p-value < 0.05
