การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิชาการ
ดำรงชีวิตและครอบครัว เรื่อง การสื่อสารในงานธุรกิจ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ให้มี
ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุด
การเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน ที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทาง
อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนเนินพิทยาคม
ที่ศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 39 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน
การวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการสื่อสารในงานธุรกิจ จำนวน 3
หน่วย คือ หน่วยที่ 4 ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการสื่อสารในงานธุรกิจ หน่วยที่ 5 การพูด การอ่าน
และการเขียนในงานธุรกิจ และหน่วยที่ 6 การใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารในงานธุรกิจ (2) แบบทดสอบ
ก่อนและหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่
ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E,/E, ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ผลิตขึ้นทั้ง 3 หน่วย
ประสิทธิภาพมีค่าดังนี้ 79.91/80.33, 79.94/80.00 และ 80.16/80.66 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้น
จากเดิมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนทาง
อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีความคิดเห็นในระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด
The purposes of this study were three-fold: (1) to develop electronic learning packages in the Family and Living Course on Business Work Communication for Mathayom Suksa Three students in Petchabun Educational Service Area 1 based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the progress of the students learning from the electronic learning packages; and (3) to study the opinion of the students toward the quality of the electronic learning packages. The research samples consisted of 39 Mathayom Suksa III students of Nern Pithayakhom School in first semester of the 2008 academic year, obtained by stratified cluster sampling. Research instruments comprised (1) three units of electronic learning packages on Business Work Communication, namely, Unit 4: Introduction to Business Communication, Unit 5: Speaking, Reading and Writing in Business Work, and Unit 6: The Use of Communication Technology in Business Work; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaires to assess the student's opinion toward the quality of the electronic learning packages. Data were statistically analyzed by means of the E,/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the three units of electronic learning packages were efficient at 79.91/80.33, 79.94/80.00; and 80.16/80.66 respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) student learning from the electronic learning packages achieved significant learning progress at the.05 level; and (3) the opinion of the students toward the quality of the electronic learning packages were at the "most agreeable" level.
