การพัฒนาเกณฑ์การประเมินการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างเกณฑ์การประเมินการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ คละชั้น และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเกณฑ์การประเมินการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นของโรงเรียน ขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้น จำนวน 19 คน (2) ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่จัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 58 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัธยฐาน พิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์ และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เกณฑ์การประเมินการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นของโรงเรียน ขนาดเล็กที่สร้างขึ้นมีคุณภาพ จำนวน 60 ข้อ จำแนกเป็น 5 ด้านคือ ด้านการจัดห้องเรียน 12 ข้อ ด้านการวางแผนและเตรียมการจัดการเรียนรู้ 14 ข้อ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 18 ข้อ ด้านสื่อ/แหล่งการเรียนรู้ 9 ข้อ และด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ 7 ข้อ และ (2) เกณฑ์ การประเมินการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบคละชั้นมีความเหมาะสมตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดทั้งรายข้อและ รายด้านโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากกว่า 3.50 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were to (1) develop the criteria for evaluation of the multi-grade classroom learning management; and (2) verify quality of the developed criteria for evaluation of the multi-grade classroom learning management in small schools under the Offices of Suphan Buri Educational Service Area.

The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, median, inter-quartile range, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed criteria for evaluation of the multi-grade classroom learning management small schools had quality and comprised 60 items classified into five aspects as follows: 12 items in the aspect of classroom management, 14 items in the aspect of planning and preparation for learning management, 18 items in the aspect of organizing learning activities, 9 items in the aspect of learning media and learning sources, and 7 items in the aspect of learning measurement and evaluation; and (2) both the aspect-wise and item-wise criteria for evaluation of the multi-grade learning management were appropriate based on the predetermined criteria, with the rating means of more than 3.50 which were significant at the .05 level
