Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศบนเว็บของหอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติเพื่อการพัฒนาต้นแบบการนําเสนอข้อมูลบนเว็บของหอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติโดยนําเสนอข้อมูลในลักษณะของหน่วยงานหอภาพยนตร์พร้อมทั้งให้บริการในการสืบค้นข้อมูลของหอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติเพื่อการปฏิบัติงานภายในและให้บริการแก่สาธารณชน วิธีการในการวิจัยโดยการเก็บรวบรวมสารสนเทศทั้งภายในและภายนอกของหอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติสารสนเทศภายนอก จะเป็นการศึกษาวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุรักษ์ภาพยนตร์และความรู้ด้านการอนุรักษ์ภาพยนตร์สารสนเทศภายในจะเน้นการศึกษาโครงสร้างองค์กรและการให้บริการของหอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติซึ่งเป็นที่มาของสารสนเทศในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อนําเสนอบนเว็บไซต์ของหอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติในการพัฒนาใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เป็นการนําเสนอข้อมูลในสองด้าน ได้แก่ การให้ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับงานด้านหอภาพยนตร์ซึ่งรวมถึงโครงสร้างการบริหาร สารสนเทศด้านต่าง ๆ ภายในหอภาพยนตร์การอนุรักษ์ภาพยนตร์เป็นข้อมูลที่มีลักษณะทางเดียว ไม่มีการโต้ตอบซึ่งกันและกันโดยใช้คุณสมบัติทั่วไปของระบบเว็บไซต์ และในด้านการบริการ โดยนําเสนอวิธีการใช้บริการของหอภาพยนตร์ซึ่งรวมถึงการสืบค้นฐานข้อมูลภายในหอภาพยนตร์โดยใช้การโต้ตอบสองทางระบบสารสนเทศดังกล่าว พัฒนาโดยใช้เอเอสพี ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้ทําให้มีต้นแบบของระบบสารสนเทศบนเว็บของหอภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติ เพื่อการบริการและการค้นคว้าแก่สาธารณชน
The objective of this research, the development of web-based information systems for the National Film Archive (NFA), is to present information from the NFA on a web-based system, including a search engine. This system will be available to both employees of the NFA and to the public. The research methodology was to gather information from inside and outside of the NFA. Information gathered from outside of the NFA was mainly focused on review literature related to film archive and techniques of preserving film not only in Thailand but also others countries. Internal information covered structure and services provided to the public of the NFA. The information gathered was presented on the web site of the NFA. The development of the system was based on System Development Life Cycle or SDLC, concerning two aspects. First, as one way communication, providing general knowledge about the NFA, including structure and services available to the public. Second, as two ways communication, facilitating users of the system to interact with the NFA film database via search engine to retrieve the required request. The system was developed by Active Sever Page or ASP. The result of this research will give the NFA a web-based information system for general public.
