สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมเพชรบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี จำนวน 144 คนใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารและประสิทธิผลการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น มีค่าความเที่ยง .789 และ .826 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ตัวแปรสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ การมีวิสัยทัศน์(X8) และการสื่อสารและการจูงใจ (X6) ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการได้ร้อยละ 63.20 โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยพหุคุณซึ่งเขียนเป็นสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ ดังนี้ Z = .226(X8) + .215(X6)

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the competencies of school administrators of basic education schools under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area; (2) to study academic administration effectiveness of basic education schools under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area; and (3) to study competencies of school administrator affecting academic administration effectiveness of basic education schools under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area the research sample consisted of 144 school administrators of basic education schools under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area, obtained by stratified random sampling. The instrument employed in this research was a rating scale questionnaire developed by the researcher dealing with data on competencies of school administrator and academic administration effectiveness, with reliability coefficients of .789 and .826, respectively. Statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis research findings were as follows: (1) the overall competency of school administrators of basic education schools under the office of Phetchaburi Educational Service Area was at the high level; 2) the overall academic administration effectiveness of basic education schools under the Office of Phetchaburi Primary Education Service Area was at the high level; and (3) the competencies of school administrator affecting academic administration effectiveness of basic education schools at the .05 level were those of having vision (X8) and communication and motivation (X6) which together could explain the variance of academic administration effectiveness by 63.20 percent and their multiple regression coefficients in the form of standard score regression equation could be shown as follows: Z = .226(X8) + .215(X6).
