Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองขอนแก่น จำกัด 2) การมีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองขอนแก่น จำกัด 3) ระดับ บทบาทของสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองขอนแก่น จำกัด ในการพัฒนคุณภาพชีวิตของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 4) ปัญหา อุปสรรคแลข้อเสนอแนะขอสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองขอนแก่น จำกัด ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองขอนแก่น จำกัด จำนวน 6,620 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ Taro Yamane ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 378 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย บาท ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก 10 - 15 ปี 2) การมีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ สมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ทั้งในธุรกิจสินเชื่อ ธุรกิจเงินฝากออมทรัพย์ ธุรกิจจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์การเกษตรมาจำหน่าย ธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิตทางการเกษตร และสมาชิกทั้งหมดเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่วนรวมกับสหกรณ์ เป็นบางครั้ง 3) ระดับของบทบาทสหกรณ์ ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต สมาชิกด้านเศรษฐกิจอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีกิจกรรมโครงการช่วยเหลือด้านหนี้สินมีบทบาทมากที่สุด สำหรับระดับของบทบาทสหกรณ์ ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตสมาชิกด้านสังคม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการดำเนินการแบบประชาธิปไตยมีบทบาทมากที่สุด 4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองขอนแก่น คือ สหกรณ์มีสวัสดิการกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตน้อย สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะในพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต คือ เพิ่มวงเงินกู้ให้สูงขึ้นและลดอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินให้กู้ยืมลง จัดสวัสดิการให้สมาชิกมากยิ่งขึ้น และควรมีเจ้าหน้าที่ด้าการเกษตรเพื่อให้ความรู้แก่สมาชิก
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the demographics of members of Mueang Khonkaen Agricultural Cooperative Limited; 2) members’ participation in the business of the cooperative; 3) the role of the cooperative in developing members’ quality of life; and 4) problems and recommendations for improving the cooperative’s role in developing the quality of life of its members. The study population consisted of the 6,620 members of Mueang Khonkaen Agricultural Cooperative Limited, out of which a sample population of 378 was determined using the Taro Yamane method and selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test and content analysis. The results showed that 1) The majority of cooperative members were male, age 51-60, and educated to primary school level. Their mean income range was 5,001-7,000 a month and most had been members of the cooperative for 10- 15 years. 2) Most of the members participated in the cooperative’s business by taking out loans, depositing money in savings accounts, procuring agricultural equipment and materials for re-sale, and pooling agricultural produce for sale. All of the members stated that they participated in the cooperative’s activities sometimes. 3) In economic terms, the members perceived that the cooperative played a large role in developing their quality of life, especially through giving assistance with debts. In social terms, the members perceived that the cooperative played a medium role in developing their quality of life, especially through its democracy promotion activities. 4) The main problem identified was that the cooperative had few benefit programs for developing members’ quality of life. Recommendations for improving its role were to have the cooperative approve larger loans, reduce its lending rates, provide more benefits for members, and provide agriculture experts to give consultation services to members.
