Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยด้านผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (2) ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กร (3) การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาล และ (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านผู้ปฏิบัติงานและปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กรกับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาล ของเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาลในเขตตรวจราชการที่ 2 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากเภสัชกรทั้งหมดที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในเขตตรวจราชการที่ 2 ทั้งหมด 291 คน แบนสัมภาษณ์มีค่าความเที่ยงรวมเท่ากัน 0.732 ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืน 210 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.16 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน ไคสแควร ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานซึ่งเป็นเภสัชกร ร้อยละ 77.6 เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 31.12 ปี มีวุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 78.6 ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ร้อยละ 49.5 มีอายุราชการเฉลี่ย 7.85 ปี งานที่รับผิดชอบส่วนใหญ่เป็นงานบริการผู้ป่วย ร้อยละ 74.6 อายุงานปัจจุบันที่รับผิดชอบเฉลี่ย 4 ปี (2) ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กร พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บังคับบัญชาของหน่วยงานเภสัชกรรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และผู้บังคับบัญชามีนโยบายสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาลมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูงสุดการบริหารจัดการองค์กรของหน่วยงานเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (3) การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาลในแต่ละมาตรฐาน พบว่า มาตรฐานที่มีระดับสูง ได้แก่ “ภาวะความเป็นผู้นำและบริหารจัดการงานเภสัชกรรม” และมาตรฐานที่ระดับตํ่า คือ “การศึกษาวิจัย” (4) การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า
เพศ และอายุ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาล อายุงานปัจจุบันที่รับผิดชอบ การรับรู้บทบาทหน้าที่ ความพึงพอใจในงาน แรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บังคับบัญชา การบริหารจัดการองค์กร และอุปกรณ์ สถานที่ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purposes of the survey research were 1) to determine personal factors, 2) to explore administrative factors 3) to explore the standard of hospital pharmacy of pharmacist in the region 2 and examine relationships between personal factors, administrative factors and the standard of hospital pharmacy of pharmacist in the region 2 The population were all 219 pharmacists who work in hospitals region 2. One hundred and ten Self administrated questioners were replied (72.16%) Mean, percentage, Standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Chi-square test were used for data analysis. It was found that 1) Personal factors were as follows almost pharmacists were female (77.6%) average ages was 31 years, 78.6% graduated bachelor degree, the average current work expenses was 4 years, and 74.6% was the pharmacist patient services. 2) the organization management factors were firstly, the over all aspect of leadership, and the leader’s policies which support the standards of practices were in the highest level. The management of the organization was in the median level 3) The practices followed the standards found that the leadership and management were the highest level, and the lowest was the study and research. 4) Personal factors as sex and age had no significant correlation to the standard of hospital pharmacy; current job times, role perceptual, job satisfaction, leadership of the leader, administrative organization and facilities, equipment and resources had no significantly positive correlation to the standard of hospital pharmacy (r = 0.196, 0.477, 0.379, 0.415, 0.281,0.453, 0.668) p<0.05 respectively
