การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาดในการจัดการน้ำเสียและหมุนเวียนกลับมาใช้ใหม่ในกระบวนการผลิตของบริษัทเครื่องสุขภัณฑ์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาดในการ (1) ลดปริมาณ น้ำใช้ (2) ลดปริมาณน้ำเสีย (3) ลดค่าใช้จ่ายจากการใช้น้ำ ในกระบวนการผลิตของบริษัทเครื่องสุขภัณฑ์ โดยมีการเปรียบเทียบ ปริมาณน้ำใช้ ปริมาณน้ำเสีย ปริมาณค่าใช้จ่ายจากการใช้น้ำก่อนและหลังการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาดในกระบวนการผลิต ของบริษัทเครื่องสุขภัณฑ์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงกึ่งทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นแผนกการผลิตที่มีการใช้น้ำและเกิดน้ำเสียในกระบวนการผลิต 6 แผนก โดยเลือก ดำเนินการ 3 แผนกหลักที่มีการใช้ก่อให้เกิดน้ำเสียมากที่สุด ซึ่งได้แก่ (1) แผนกผลิตน้ำดิน (2) แผนกหล่อสุขภัณฑ์ และ (3) แผนกผลิตน้ำเคลือบสุขภัณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ มิเตอร์วัดปริมาณน้ำ แบบฟอร์มเก็บข้อมูลการใช้น้ำ ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ จัดอันดับ แผนกที่มีการใช้น้ำและทำ ให้เกิดน้ำเสียจากมากที่สุดไปน้อยที่สุดนำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเทคโนโลยีสะอาด และประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาด ในแผนกที่มีการใช้นําและทําให้เกิดน้ำเสียมากที่สุดเรียงตามอันดับ หลังจากนั้นเก็บข้อมูลหลังการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาด เปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังใช้เทคโนโลยีสะอาด สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และสถิติทดสอบที ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเทคโนโลยีสะอาดสามารถ (1) ลดปริมาณน้ำใช้ได้ 40.79 % ของปริมาณน้ำใช้ทั้งหมด (2) ลดปริมาณน้ำเสียได้ 55.04 % ของปริมาณน้ำเสียทั้งหมด (3) ลดปริมาณค่าใช้จ่ายจากการใช้น้ำได้ 40.79 % ของปริมาณค่าใช้จ่ายจากการน้ำใช้ทั้งหมด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this study were to implement Cleaner Technology as follows (1) To reduce water consumption (2) To reduce wastewater (3) To reduce the expense of water consumption in the process of a plumbing company.These were accomplished by the comparison of water consumption, wastewater and the expense occurred before and after implementing Cleaner Technology in department processes of a plumbing company The experiment was an semi-experiment, The selected samples were three departments that were chosen from six departments.The departments which used most of water consumption and also caused most of wastewater were (1) Slip house Department. (2) Cast shop Department (3) Glaze room Department. Water consumption meters and forms of water consumption data were used as instruments.The duration of data collecting was eight weeks,after that ,the data were analyzed, ranked from the less to the most water consumption and waste water occurred .Suggestion and implementation of cleaner technology were applied to the mentioned Departments. Data were collected after the application and compared the results before and after the implementation. Analytical statistics were percentage, mean ,t-test and test for hypothesis. The results of the study showed that Cleaner Technology could (1) reduce 40.79 % of total water consumption (2) reduce 55.04 % of total wastewater and (3) reduce 40.79 of water consumption expense from total water consumption expense at the statistical level of 0.05 significantly
