Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบริษัทผู้ส่งออกที่มีต่อการให้บริการของผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของบริษัทผู้ส่งออกที่มีต่อการให้บริการของผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามข้อมูลทั่วไปของบริษัทผู้ส่งออก ได้แก่ ประเภทของการประกอบธุรกิจ ตำแหน่งงาน ระดับการศึกษา ประเภทสินค้าที่ส่งออก และเส้นทางเดินเรือที่ใช้บริการ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และ ข้อเสนอแนะของบริษัทผู้ส่งออกที่มีต่อการให้บริการของผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บริษัทผู้ส่งออกสินค้า จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 388 ตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณด้วยวิธีการของ Duncan และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะของบริษัทผู้ส่งออก
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของบริษัทผู้ส่งออกที่มีต่อการให้บริการใน 4 ด้าน และในภาพรวม ของผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลในเขตกรุงเทพ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของบริษัทผู้ส่งออกที่มีต่อการให้บริการในแต่ละด้านมีดังนี้ ในด้านการให้บริการก่อนการจัดการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเล พลความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อจำแนกตามประเภทของการประกอบธุรกิจแลเส้นทางเดินเรือที่ใช้บริการ ในด้านการให้บริการอื่นที่เกี่ยวเนื่อง ไม่พบความแตกต่างกัน ในด้านกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด พลความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่งงาน ระดับการศึกษา และเส้นทางเดินเรือที่ใช้บริการ ในด้านอัตราค่าบริการ พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อจำแนกตามประเภทของการประกอบธุรกิจ ระดับการศึกษา และประเภทของสินค้าที่ส่งออก (3) ผลการศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่าในด้านการให้บริการก่อนการจัดการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเล ส่วนใหญ่ระบุว่ามีปัญหาพื้นที่ระวางเรือไม่เพียงพอ และขนาดตู้สินค้าไม่ตรงตามต้องการ ควรมีการจัดขนาดตู้สินค้าให้เหมาะสมกับสินค้ามากขึ้น ในด้านการให้บริการอื่นที่เกี่ยวเนื่อง มีปัญหาด้านเอกสารส่งออกที่ผิดไม่เรียบร้อย ล่าช้า ควรปรับปรุงความถูกต้องของเอกสาร และจัดส่งให้เร็วขึ้น ในด้านกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด มีปัญหาขาดการดูแล และติดตามลูกค้า ในด้านอัตราค่าบริการ มีปัญหาอัตราค่าระวางเรือที่เรียกเก็บสูงเกินไป และมีข้อเสนอแนะให้ลดอัตราค่าบริการลงบ้างตามความเหมาะสม
The objectives of this research were to (1) study exporters’ satisfaction Towards the services of sea freight forwarder in Bangkok ; (2) compare the levels of their satisfaction based on general information in type of business, working position, education level, type of goods exported and exporting route The samples were 388 members of Thai export companies obtained by Stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument was questionnaire. The data Was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test one way ANOVA, Multiple comparison with Duncan method and analysis of exporters’ problems, Obstacles, and recommendation on the services of sea freight forwarders in Bangkok Major findings were as follows : (1) In general, the satisfaction of the sample group of exporters towards overall services of sea freight forwarders in Bangkok was at moderate level. (2) It was found, in comparison of exporters’ satisfaction level towards overall services by general characteristics, that there was a significant level. There was a significant difference at 0.05 level in marketing strategy by working position, education level, and exporting route, There was a significant Difference at 0.05 level in servicing rate by type of business, education level, and type Of goods exported. (3) Results from the study of problems, obstacles and recommendation in pre-export service, exporters have problem of insufficient booking space and container’s size. In other related services, exporters complain for the Correctness of export documents and delay in sending the document. In marketing Strategy, exporters recommend to improve after sales service, In servicing rate, it was recommended to decrease freight rate.
