Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการที่ส่งผลต่อสมาชิกสหกรณ์ และ4) เสนอแนะแนวทางการเพิ่มคุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรปฏิรูปที่ดินหนองบัว จำกัด อำเภอหนองบัว จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ จำนวน 658 คน วิธีกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้สูตรคำนวณหาขนาดของ ทาโร่ ยามาเนะ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 249 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีแบบง่ายซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามสำหรับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยได้ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและแก้ไขปรับปรุงตามคำแนะนำของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ส่งให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ประมวลข้อมูลหาค่าทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 41 - 50 ปี สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ต่อเดือน 15,001 - 20,000 บาท ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่ามัธยม และระยะเวลาเป็น สมาชิก 5-10 ปี 1) ระดับความพึงพอใจของสมาชิก พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นต่อความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของสมาชิก จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ระดับการศึกษา และระยะเวลาเป็นสมาชิกที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจที่แตกต่างกัน 3) ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของสมาชิก พบว่า คุณภาพการให้บริการ มีตัวแปรอิสระที่ส่งผลต่อตัวแปรตาม คือ ความพึงพอใจของสมาชิกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือ ความเชื่อถือได้ การให้ความมั่นใจแก่ผู้รับบริการ การตอบสนองต่อผู้รับบริการ การเข้าใจและการรู้จักผู้รับบริการ และความเป็นรูปธรรมของการบริการ และ4) ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการเพิ่มคุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์พบว่า ควรให้สหกรณ์เข้าถึงกลุ่มสมาชิกโดยการลงพื้นที่ให้มากขึ้น
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the level of satisfaction of members of Nong Bua Land Reform Agricultural Cooperative Limited, 2) to compare satisfaction of members, classified by personal factors; 3) to study service quality affecting members of the Cooperative, and 4) to suggest service quality improvement of the Cooperative. The study was a survey study. The population of this study was 658 members of Nong Bua Land Reform Agricultural Cooperative Limited in Nakhon Sawan Province. The sample size of 249 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula and simple random sampling method. An instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire for data analysis. The results of the study found out that most of the respondents were male with the age between 41-50 years old, had the monthly income of 15,001 – 20,000 Baht, had the level of education lower than secondary level, and had the membership time of 5 – 10 years. 1) Regarding the level of satisfaction of members, it showed that the respondents were overall satisfied at a high level. 2) In comparing satisfaction of members classified by personal factors, it showed that members with different gender, age, status, monthly income, level of education, and membership period affected satisfaction differently. 3) Factors regarding the service quality affecting member satisfaction revealed that the independent variables affected the dependent variable of member satisfaction at statistically significant level of 0.05 at a high level in all five aspects: reliability, service assurance, service responsiveness, empathy, and tangibility. 4) Suggestion to improve service quality of the Cooperative is that the Cooperative should access the group member by paying a visit to the area more frequently.
