Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความมีอิทธิพลของกิจกรรมหลักโลจิสติกส์ ของผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (2) ระดับความมีอิทธิพลของกิจกรรมสนับสนุนโลจิสติกส์ ของผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (3) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของโลจิสติกส์ ด้านต้นทุนและด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าของผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา (4) กิจกรรมหลักในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานด้านต้นทุนและการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าของผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ (5) กิจกรรมสนับสนุนในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานด้านต้นทุนและการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าของผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา วิธีการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ ผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 583 โรงงาน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ตัวแทนของผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยใช้วิธีการของ Taro Yamane ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 จำนวน 238 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามความน่าจะเป็นโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแทน ของผู้ประกอบ การในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยามีการดำเนินงาน ดังนี้ (1) ระดับความมีอิทธิพลของกิจกรรมหลักโลจิสติกส์ ได้แก่ การบริการลูกค้า การดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้ากิจกรรมขนส่ง การบริหารคลังสินค้า การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ย้อนกลับ และการจัดซื้อ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการคาดการณ์ความต้องการของลูกค้า และการบริหารสินค้าคงคลัง ปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ระดับความมีอิทธิพลของกิจกรรมสนับสนุนโลจิสติกส์ ได้แก่ การจัดเตรียมอะไหล่และชิ้นส่วนต่าง ๆ การเลือกที่ตั้งโรงงานและคลังสินค้า การเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า บรรจุภัณฑ์และการติดต่อสื่อสารทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ มีระดับความมีอิทธิพลระดับมาก (3) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานของโลจิสติกส์ด้านต้นทุน และด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า อยู่ในระดับมาก (4) กิจกรรมหลักในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานด้านต้นทุน ได้แก่ การดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อ กิจกรรมขนส่ง การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ย้อนกลับ และการจัดซื้อ สำหรับกิจกรรมหลักโลจิสติกส์ ประกอบไปด้วย การบริการลูกค้า การดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อ กิจกรรมขนส่ง และการจัด การโลจิสติกส์ย้อนกลับ ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า และ (5) กิจกรรมสนับสนุนในการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานด้านต้นทุน ประกอบไปด้วย การจัดเตรียมอะไหล่และชิ้นส่วนต่าง ๆ การเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า และการติดต่อสื่อสารทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ สำหรับปัจจัย ด้านกิจกรรมสนับสนุนโลจิสติกส์ ประกอบไปด้วย การจัดเตรียมอะไหล่และชิ้นส่วนต่าง ๆ การบรรจุภัณฑ์ และการติดต่อสื่อสารทางด้านโลจิสติกส์ ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
This research aimed to study: (1) the influential level of core logistics activities of entrepreneurs in industrial areas in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya Province; (2) the influential level of supporting logistics ctivities of entrepreneurs in industrial areas in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya Province; (3) the level of logistics operations efficiency in terms of cost and customer responsiveness of entrepreneurs in industrial areas in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya Province; (4) the level of applied core logistics activities affecting the efficiency of cost and customer responsiveness functions of entrepreneurs in industrial areas in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya Province; and (5) the level of applied supporting logistics activities affecting the efficiency of cost and customer responsiveness functions of entrepreneurs in industrial areas in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya Province. This research method was a survey research. Population was entrepreneurs in 583 factories in industrial areas in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya Province. Sample size of 238 entrepreneurs in industrial areas in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya Province was calculated by Taro Yamane formula with the discrepancy level of 0.05. Probability sampling was used by stratified random sampling method and a questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentages, standard deviation and inferential statistics such as multiple regression analysis hypotheses with a ready-made statistical package. Research results found that (1) the influential level of core logistics activities of respondents included customer service, order processing, transportation, warehousing and storage, reverse logistics and purchasing was at high level. The activities of demand forecasting and inventory management was at moderate levels. (2) The influential level of supporting logistics activities included parts and service support, plant and warehouse siteselection, material handling, packaging and logistics communications was at high levels. (3)The level of both efficiency of cost and customer responsiveness logistics operations was at high levels. (4) The factors of applied core logistics activities affecting the efficiency of business cost functions positively included order processing, transportation, reverse logistics and purchasing. Core logistics activities affecting the efficiency of business customer responsiveness functions positively included customer service, order processing, transportation, warehousing and storage, reverse logistics and purchasing. (5) The factors of applied supporting logistics activities affecting the efficiency of business cost functions positively included parts and service support, material handling and logistics communications and supporting logistics activities affecting the efficiency of customer responsiveness functions included service support, packaging and logistics communications.
