Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ การเกษตรคลองน้ำเขียว จำกัด จังหวัดสระแก้ว 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรคลองน้ำเขียว จำกัด จังหวัดสระแก้ว 3) การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์การเกษตรคลองน้ำเขียว จำกัด จังหวัด สระแก้ว 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะของสมาชิกในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์การเกษตรคลองน้ำเขียว จำกัด จังหวัดสระแก้ว ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ที่ทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์การเกษตรคลองน้ำเขียว จำกัด จังหวัด สระแก้ว กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่าง จำนวน 398 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบทีและเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรคลองน้ำเขียว จำกัด จังหวัดสระแก้ว ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศ หญิง อายุระหว่าง 41–50 ปี การศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษา ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก 6-10 ปี ทุนเรือนหุ้นน้อยกว่า 10,000 บาท สมาชิกในครัวเรือน 3-5 คน ขนาดที่ดินทำกินน้อยกว่า 5 ไร่การถือครองที่ดินเป็นของตนเอง มีเอกสารสิทธิ์เป็น เอกสารสิทธิ์ให้ประชาชนเข้าทำประโยชน์ในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน (ส.ป.ก. 4-01) การลงทุนด้านการเกษตร 30,000–50,000 บาท รายได้ในครัวเรือน 110,001-140,000 บาท ต่อปี และรายจ่ายในครัวเรือน 90,001-120,000 บาท ต่อปี 2) สมาชิกมีความรู้ เกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์อยู่ในระดับน้อย 3) การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในการทำธุรกิจเรียงลำดับจากมีส่วนร่วมมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า มีส่วนร่วมในธุรกิจสินเชื่อธุรกิจจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่าย ธุรกิจเงินฝาก และธุรกิจรวบรวมผลผลิต ตามลำดับ เมื่อ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่าเพศและระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกที่แตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ ไม่แตกต่างกันสำหรับอายุ ระดับการศึกษา มีหุ้นในสหกรณ์ และจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนที่แตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมใน การทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนกตามปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ พบว่าลักษณะการถือ ครองที่ดิน และรายจ่ายในครัวเรือนที่แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน สำหรับขนาดที่ดิน ทำกิน ลักษณะเอกสารสิทธิ์การลงทุนด้านการเกษตร รายได้ในครัวเรือนที่แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการทำธุรกิจแตกต่าง กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และเมื่อจำแนกตามระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิกที่แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการ ทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติและสมาชิกส่วนใหญ่ทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์ 3 ธุรกิจ 4) สมาชิกมี ปัญหาในการทำธุรกิจกับสหกรณ์อยูในระดับน้อย ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะคือต้องการให้เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ให้มากขึ้น ควรจัดประชุมกลุ่มสมาชิก อย่างน้อยปี ละ 2-3 ครั้ง ควรมีการจ่ายเงินปันผลแก่สมาชิก และให้เจ้าหน้าที่มา ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานอยางสม่ำเสมอ
The objectives of this research were to study 1) personal factors and economic factors of the members of Khlong Nam Khieo Agricultural Cooperative, Limited, Sa Kaeo Province; 2) their knowledge about cooperatives; 3) their participation in the cooperative’s business; and 4) problems and the members’ recommendations for improving the business of the cooperative. The population used in the study are members of co-operative that do business with Khlong Nam Khieo Agricultural Cooperative, Limited, Sa Kaeo Province. To determine the sample size of 398 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test F-test and content analysis. The results showed that 1) The majority of members were female, age 41-50, educated to primary school level, and had been members for 6-10 years. Most of them held shares in the cooperative worth less than 10,000 baht. Most had 3-5 members of their households and owned less than 5 rai of land for farming. In most cases they held a document intitled, public benefit in land reform (SPK 4-01) type of land deed. They invested on average 30,000-50,000 baht in agriculture. Their annual household income was 110,001-140,000 baht a year and their average household expenses were 90,001-120,000 baht a year. 2) Overall, the members had a low level of knowledge about cooperatives. 3) The members participated in the cooperative’s business the most in the credit business, followed by the merchandise resale business, the savings deposit business and the agricultural products consolidation business the least. The data showed that the personal factors of sex and number of years of membership in the cooperative were not related to level of participation in the cooperative’s business, but there was a statistically significant relationship between the factors of age, educational level, stockholding in the cooperative, and number of household members and level of participation in the cooperative’s business. For economic factors, the factors of type of land ownership and household expenses were not related to level of participation in the cooperative’s business, but there was a statistically significant relationship between the factors of amount of land held, type of deed, amount invested in agriculture, and household income and level of participation in the cooperative’s business. A statistically significant relationship was also found between knowledge of cooperatives and participation in the cooperative’s business. Most members participated in three of the cooperative’s businesses. 4) Most of the members said they had few problems with the cooperative’s business. They recommended that cooperative personnel should develop better personal relations skills, that the cooperative should hold member meetings at least 2 or 3 times a year, that the cooperative should pay dividends to members and that officials should monitor the cooperative’s operations on a regular basis.
