Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ศึกษาระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัท บูรพา เทคนิคอล เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) เปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัท บูรพา เทคนิคอล เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พนักงานบริษัท บูรพา เทคนิคอล เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 93 คน ใช้วิธีการคำนวณหาขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นทางสถิติร้อยละ 95 และความคลาดเคลื่อนของการเลือกตัวอย่างร้อยละ 5 เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบความ แปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัทบูรพา เทคนิคอล เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) ในภาพรวมอยู่ ในระดับมาก (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความผูกพันต่อ องค์กรของพนักงานบริษัท บูรพา เทคนิคอล เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) พบว่า พนักงานที่มีเพศ ประเภทการจ้าง สถานภาพการสมรส และระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันต่อองค์กรไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนพนักงานที่มีสังกัด ประเภทตำแหน่ง อายุ ระดับรายได้ และระยะเวลาการทำงานแตกต่างกันมีระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this study were: (1) to study the level of organizational commitment of employees at Eastern Technical Engineering Public Company Limited; and (2) to compare the organizational commitment of the employees at Eastern Technical Engineering Public Company Limited by personal factors. The sample of this survey research consisted of 93 employees of Eastern Technical Engineering Public Company Limited, obtained by Taro Yamane formulation and the questionnaire, with the reliability at 95% and the sampling error at 5%. A questionnaire was used as a research tool. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and pair difference test by LSD. The results of the study revealed that: (1) the overall organizational commitment of the employees at Eastern Technical Engineering Public Company Limited was at a high level; and (2) the employees with different genders, employment statuses, marital statuses and educational levels had no difference in the organizational commitment whereas the employees with different dependency, work titles, ages, income levels and lengths of employment had different level of the organizational commitment with a statistical significance at the level at 0.05.
