ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และสมรรถนะหลักของทันตบุคลากรในจังหวัดเชียงราย

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ (2) ระดับสมรรถนะหลัก และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และสมรรถนะหลักของทันตบุคลากรในจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ทันตบุคลากร (ทันตแพทย์ และทันตาภิบาล) ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบล และสำนักงานสาธารณสุขในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 151 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมด 248 คน คำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคำนวณแบบกรณีทราบประชากร และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วนประชากรเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ (1) ข้อมูลปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและ (2) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.93 และแบบประเมินสมรรถนะหลักมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.90 เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือน กรกฎาคม ถึง สิงหาคม 2564 วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเยี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ผลการศึกษาพบ (1) บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานค้านทันตสาธารณสุข จังหวัดเชียงราย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุเฉลี่ย 33.7 ปี ระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 4.529 บาท ระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานเฉลี่ย 10.36 ปี ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ใน โรงพยาบาล ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 88.10 (2) ระดับสมรรถนะหลักในด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ บริการที่ดีการสั่งสมความเชี่ยวชาญในงานอาชีพ จริชธรรม และความร่วมแรงร่วมใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะหลักของทันตบุคลากรในจังหวัดเชียงรายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งส่งผลต่อระดับสมรรถนะหลัก ร้อยละ 58.30

This survey research aimed to study: (1) personal factors and emotional quotient, (2) core competency level, and (3) association between personal factors and emotional quotient, and core competency of dental personnel in Chiang Rai province. Respondents in this research were 151 dental personnel randomly, proportionally selected from 248 dentists and dental nurses in Chiang Rai’s community and subdistrict hospitals as well as the provincial public health office, based on the calculated sample size. Data were collected using a two-part questionnaire for (1) personal data and (2) emotional quotient scale with the reliability value of 0.93, and a core competency assessment form with the reliability value of 0.90, between July and August 2021; and then data analysis was performed for quantitative data to determine frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, and regression analysis. The results showed that, among the study participants: (1) most of them were females with an average age of 33.77 years, graduated with a Bachelor's degree, worked in hospitals, had an average income of 44,529 Baht, and had 10.36 years of work experience on average, and 88.10% of them had a high emotional quotient level; (2) their core competency levels regarding achievement motivation, service-mindedness, professional expertise, integrity and teamwork were high; and (3) their emotional quotient was significantly associated with core competency at a significant level of 0.05; all of which could 58.30% explain core competency
