Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะพื้นฐานทั่วไปของเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (2) ระดับความรู้ด้านการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ (3) สื่อที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ และ (5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้สื่อที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ร้อยละ 94.1 เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 42.39 ปี ร้อยละ 35.5 จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ประสบการณ์ทำงานสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เฉลี่ย 14.88 ปี ประสบการณ์ทำงานในการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ เฉลี่ย 14.37 ปี ร้อยละ 78.7 มตำแหน่งเป็นลูกจ้างของหน่วยงาน และร้อยละ 65.1 สังกัดฝ่ายรักษาความสะอาดและสวนสาธารณะ ของสำนักงานเขต มีการรับรู้ข่าวสารด้านการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่จากเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในหน่วยงาน และส่วนมากได้รับวิธีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้วยการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง (2) เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ ร้อยละ 64.1 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเจริญเติบโตของต้นไม้มากที่สุด รองลงมา ร้อยละ 56.38 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการตัดแต่งและดูแลรักษาต้นไม้ใหญ่ (3) สื่อที่เหมาะสมสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน คือสื่อบุคคลมากที่สุด โดยต้องการเนื้อหาเรื่องวิธีการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ที่ถูกต้อง ส่วนความต้องการวิธีการถ่ายทอดความรู้แบบรายบุคคล แบบกลุ่ม และแบบมวลชน คือวิทยากรจากหน่วยงานที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ การศึกษาดูงาน และผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ตามลำดับ และต้องการให้อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดความรู้มากที่สุด (4) ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสื่อของเจ้าหน้าที่พบว่า มีปัญหาด้านการให้บริการมากที่สุดเนื่องจากจำนวนผู้ถ่ายทอดความรู้ไม่เพียงพอและขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์ช่องทางการรับข้อมูล (5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้สื่อที่เหมาะสมต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน คือควรให้อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเป็นผู้ให้ความรู้เรื่องวิธีการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ที่ถูกต้อง ผลกระทบจากการตัดแต่งกิ่งต้นไม้ใหญ่ที่ไม่ถูกต้อง และการดูแลต้นไม้ใหญ่ โดยผ่านช่องทางการถ่ายทอดแบบรายบุคคล แบบกลุ่ม และแบบมวลชน คือการเชิญวิทยากรจากหน่วยงานที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ พาไปศึกษาดูงาน และมีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this research were to study (1) the general condition of Arborist (2) the level of knowledge on tree-pruning the large trees of Arborist (3) the appropriate media for Arborist and (4) the problems and recommendation for the production of appropriate media for Arborist of Bangkok Metropolitan (5) the guideline of appropriate media application for tree-pruning arborist in Bangkok Metropolitan. The population consists of 952 Arborist of Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample sizes of 169 were determined by using Yamane formula with 0.07 of error. This was survey research conducted by interview to collect the data. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) 91.4% arborist were male with average age about 42.39 years and 35.5% were graduated from junior high school. The averages of work experience at Bangkok Metropolitan were 14.88 year. The averages of tree-pruning experience were 14.37 year. 78.7% arborist was worker and 65.1% work at Public Cleansing and Public Park Section of District office. The most of arborist receiving the tree-pruning knowledge from organization officer and transfer by learning method (2) arborist had highest level of knowledge on plant growth about 64.1% and had knowledge on tree-pruning about 56.38% (3) the highest level of media requirement was from personal media and requirement was content correct tree-pruning method. The requirement of individual, group and mass extension method such as lecturer from expert organization, visual education and website respectively. The highest level of knowledge sender was the expert from university (4) the highest media problem was knowledge service of organization because insufficient knowledge sender and lacking of public relation in channel to receiving information (5) The guideline of appropriate media for arborist were educated by expert from university for correctly method of tree-pruning, effect of wrong tree-pruning method and maintenance of tree-pruning through the channel by individual, group and mass extension method such as lecturer from expert organization, visual education and website respectively.
